My husband and I stayed here last minute for 2 nights on our stay in Dallas. The room was decent and comfy for the price and a last minute stay. The only complaint was the rug had a red stain near the night stand and the air conditioner was a little noisy. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Didn’t get to utilize the complementary breakfast because we slept in. Lol.. We utilized the indoors hot tube and pool. The front desk clerk guy was friendly. Would stay here again.

They charged me for a stain on the comforter that I did not do, This is a horrible place, it stinks when you walk in, someone was smoking weed in their room, my room smelled of mildew and I had several water spots a the ceiling and the staff was very unprofessional, this place is disgusting and I will never stay here again and I recommend you don’t

We were very pleased with the stay and service there. We have another Dr visit this week and hope to stay there again. The only thing that would make it better is if we had separate living room area from bedroom to give distance from kids.

The air conditioning unit wasn’t functioning properly, the smoke from some one smoking had me really sick. There was a smell that gave me a headache and there were no shampoo and conditioner in the bottles in the bathroom.

It was a great night. Our room was clean! We went down to the hot tub and pool and front desk left it open an hour after closing time I enjoyed my stay I will be bk???

This was probably one of the most problems i had in a hotel. First of all, i had roaches in my room. I had only been there for a few hours and woke up to 2 crawling on the desk near my food. Second, the phone in my room didnt work. Front desk person called while i talked to them on my cell. I had a teenager with me and a working phone is important. Then my toilet constantly ran. I had to close the bathroom door because it ran all night. Lastly the most frustrating part was that i went to the front desk and complained, the guy apologized told me to call back tomorrow to talk to a manager, which was a Sunday. However, no manager was working the next day and he knew that. He said he couldn't give us the managers number and they didn't a room to accommodate us.

Hotel is nice, however the facility is dated and could use a renovation. It is not as clean as it should be.

I did a 3 because of the rate or it would have been lower. We stayed here because other people we were traveling with stayed her or we would not have. The key area to get in was pretty much hanging off and most of the rooms entry areas had some sort of issue with tape or something else. The sink was clogged, there was hair in the bathroom area, it was a noisy area at night, and the elevator was broken.

Elevators went out the day before we checked out so we had to take the stairs with luggage, the breakfast was ok but need few more options besides just powdered eggs but the waffles were good, room was clean but bathroom needs work. There was still remnants of someone else’s hair in shower and sink. That’s disgusting.

The rooms were dirty, fixtures were broken, and the breakfast was horrible (cold slimly sausage and undercooked prepackaged eggs).
The staff was actually very nice and as accommodating as they could be given the circumstances of the property.

Good: Staff was nice and bed was comfortable. Not Good: The shower water was not hot enough and the breakfast (eggs bacon and sausage) were inedible. The coffee creamer appeared to be outdated.

We booked for two nights but only stayed one. Desk staff was polite and courteous and refunded our payment for second night without a hassle. We booked a handicap accessible room because we need it. After moving in and getting settled in our door lock quit working. Desk clerk programed new keys but still didn't work, so we had to change rooms. (no maintenance person on duty at 4 pm on friday) Our new room was not accessible, smaller and had several problems. The bathroom door would not latch. Drain plug missing from bath tub. Huge rust stains in bath tub. The exit door at the end of the hall (10 feet away from our door) was broken and would not latch or even close all the way. 5 stars to the desk staff who tried to be helpful. Minus 5 stars to owners of the property who have failed to maintain what could be a nice hotel. Breakfast bar was not the best, but okay, but the breakfast room was too small for the size of the hotel and the number of guests. Breakfast was crowded and noisy.

The stay was nice and comfortable. Nothing extra. The young lady that checked us in was very nice and friendly. The carpet in the hallways need replaced. Worn, stained, and stinks

Carpet inside my room had some kind of dried sauce someone had spilled in the carpet, no attempt to clean this before I checked in. Entire hotel carpet stained with a weird smell. Even though I parked right next to the front door someone tried to break into my car overnight which left it damaged. STAY AWAY

Hotel is below average in terms of condition and care. However the location, friendliness of the staff and amenities are superior. Which gives this property an overall average rating. A good solid renovation would make this hotel super high end.

We stayed for 5 nights. The Beds were extremely comfortable. The hallways and carpets need updating. The gym smell like mildew and the hotel pool needs updated. The breakfast was super boring and had zero flavor and not many options for variety.
The hotel definitely needs a face lift. The bathroom roof was super water stained with mold. Also the windows needs screens in to open them up. There was no smoke smell but ALOT of fake air freshner smell.

The people in front desk are terrible, they don’t know how to make their work. I tell more than 3 times that the tv didn’t work, and the reading lights were on and impossible to sleep with it.
Really a Bad experience, you look a time to share in family, but it came a time a bad moments.
