Had a Doctor's appointment early so we stayed the night. The room as well as the Hotel was Fabulous. The staff was so polite and helpful. Thank you all foe such a wonderful stay. Can't wait to stay again.

The hotel was clean. The staff was ok. I booked a Standard Room, 2 Double Beds, Non Smoking, Refrigerator & Microwave. It had neither. I assume my price was based on those amenities. I was there for 5 days and needed those specific things. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

The exit doors next to my room slammed alll night waking me up. The mechanism apparently was not set properly. Also the room stank. Smelled very dirty. Expressed this to the counter man, and he informed me that there were no more rooms available that they were at maximum capacity. He informed me he would bring me something to spray in the room. He never came. By far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Would never recommend this hotel to any of my friends, family, or business associates.

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years when it was a Hampton Inn, so we thought it would be the same, but we were wrong. The front desk help was very unhelpful and rude. The breakfast literally ran out of food, and the hotel did not have many guests. The beds were very uncomfortable. The carpet in the hallway were literally coming apart! The only good thing about our stay was the price. This hotel needs new management and a makeover.

I was impressed at the cleanliness of the property. Most of the service staff was friendly. However, my second evening in town was disappointing. I had ordered food and it was delivered without utensils. I went to the front desk and asked if I could get a plastic fork. The front desk guy said no, I would have to wait till morning. I was so hungry, it was a 12 hour day for me and the frint desk dude refused to give me a fork. I had to eat my salad with my hands. That guy deserves to be fired!

The checkin (very late) and service was great. Thanks, My only concern is the deposit due at checkin was $100.00 though the website stated it would be $25. If the full $100 is promptly refunded will have no real complaint.

The bed had a smell from a animal before. My son went to the front desk and asked for a extra towel. The towel was dirty with dirt on it like someone put a foot print of dirt on it.

It was easily accessible to drive to. No available electrical outlets. I have a CPAP machine & the outlet behind the bed only had one receptacle working. I had to pull out bed & mattress to get to it & brushed my arm trying to check it. The only other Accessible electrical outlet was7-8feet from the head of the bed where I needed my CPAP machine plugged in. Only one of those receptacles was working. I had to plug my phone in charger in the bathroom which I had my alarm clock on.

The location was quite the distance from the main street. The hotel was in an isolate area of non occupied industrial buildings. The carpeting inside the second floor was not properly installed or coming off from the floor. The carpeting on the second floor was coming apart from different sections, almost a trip hazard.

Coming here for over 6 months now. Still quite a nice stay. One con is involved which is a higher deposit of $100 as opposed to 50, and the deposit transfer could either be early return or late amongst the grace period.. Otherwise, Great..

We booked a room with free pet but on arrival desk clerk charged us an extra animal fee of $75. We were in room less than 24 hours and felt this was a ridiculous amount. Probably would have stayed several more nights without this "back door" charge.

Hotel was great, only reason for the 4 stars is that the bed was so hard you could feel the springs through it. Other than that, the hotel was comfortable, quiet and in a great area close to a lot of shopping and food. Would choose to stay again.

The front desk receptionist could have be more friendly at check-in and the room can use some overhaul. The bathroom needs a ventilation fan. The Breakfast was good and the staff there were friendly.

The stay itself wasn’t so bad. However, the toilet hardly flushed. You had to flush it a couple of times to get everything down. The floor towels had black pubic hairs on them and was totally disgusting! Went to dry myself off with the big towel and a few long black hairs fell in the shower … my hair isn’t long nor is it black. We asked for extra pillows and were told it would be the next day because “the closet was locked” My family and I will NOT be going back to this hotel!

Rooms are not as pictured. All beds featured on the website show 4 big fluffy pillows. On check in, a room with two double beds, only had 3 of the flattest pillows ive ever seen on each bed. I had surgery, and needed to sleep on my back in an elevated position. Proceeded to ask the front desk, who proceeded to ask the Manager, Karen Lugo if we could please have 3 pillows. (2 for the two missing pillows that were literally featured in the rooms pictures, so our allotted 8, and 1 extra so i could prop myself up) and she proceeded to get nasty, told us we had enough pillows and that the extra were reserved for people who had an extra guest sleeping in their room or a child. It was explained to her that i had just undergone a large surgical proceedure, and She then proceeded to yell at the front desk worker in front of my brother and I. I called best western, 4 pillows is the industry standard per BED with extras provided on request. Having to roll up the blanket to stuff under my head and back for the next 6 days, I dropped the subject and just did my best to be comfortable. Throughout the week, multiple front desk workers stopped us to apologize for the actions of Karen. It seems she doesnt treat her staff very well either, as everyone seems to be fed up with/scared of her. The housekeeping staff was very sweet, as was the breakfast buffet attendant. I have stayed at many best westerns before, this has been the worst experience with a GM i have ever had. Embarassing

The room was very nice, but the sheets and blankets smelled like they were over dried in the dryer. I couldnt get the temperature to stay at a nice degree, it was hot then cold all night.Overall even though it was a nice room I got no sleep, someone kept slamming their door and it was loud.

At check-in on 11/25/2023 I had to wait because the front desk guy was on his personal phone and acted as if I was disturbing him. He was very rude and unprofessional! The room had a previously used towel behind the bathroom door, the sheets had blood stains on them and the mirrors were filthy. I left an item and on retrieving it I encountered the same front desk employee on his personal phone again. I tried to explain that I had spoken to housekeeping he walked away being extremely rude, where we got into a verbal altercation and he stated that I was banned from returning!
