I had a very comfortable stay and the shuttle to the airport both ways was easy and convenient. The front desk workers were very helpful. I also parked my car there while traveling for a reasonable cost.

The pool area was not like what the pictures showed. Hot tub was cool water and dirty. Woke up to ants all over our room and the smell of weed was over powering.

Checked in - given a room that was not clean, no sheets, beer cans. Second room, the staff member joined me to make sure it was not already occupied! No body wash in container in shower. In in the morning, coffee was empty and staff acted like it was my problem. Told me to ask the cook to make more...ridiculous. Zero breakfast snacks, not even a banana or water.

I chose the hotel partially because it had an airport shuttle and hot tub. The shuttle doesn’t run early in the morning and the hot tub was closed. We had to be moved to 3 different rooms. All rooms had damaged furniture and dirty bathrooms. We decided to leave and booked another hotel room. The staff was very nice and we left without notifying them.

Ok… so I’ll try to make this as short as I can. Ive stayed at different Four Points hotels before and my experience was excellent. I figured this one should be similar, right? Not so much. When I first checked in, I was given a room with dirty towels and the fixtures in the shower were broken. The front desk host was kind enough to switch me to another room which was great. The new room had clean towels, no broken fixtures, but …there was no trash cans, the shower has stains, and the water bottles were half empty. So that was gross. Now on to things outside the room: - The carpets are very stained. - They advertise that they serve breakfast but there is no breakfast available in the main lobby like there normally is at most hotels. They had a little sign in that showed like 5 breakfast options… but you have to order it. - The coffee available is literally one coffee urn for a couple hours. Thats it. - The bar is small. Their beer dispensers didn’t work at all. This hotel needs A LOT of updates, and carpet cleaning. If you’re looking for an easy one night stay, this hotel might be okay. If you’re staying longer, I really recommend you book somewhere else.

Staff wasn’t accommodating. Had my preparation here for the wedding. AC in the rm wasn’t working and took a few phone calls to get an answer. Hair and makeup artist requested for chairs, staff said they will bring but never came. Overall stay was okay.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The cleanliness was abysmal - there was hair on the towels, stains on the sheets and pillows, and it was clear that maintenance was neglected. I felt unsafe throughout my stay, and the staff seemed completely careless about addressing these issues. We lost our key and the staff just provided another key without checking any identification or information at 1am. This should not happen with so many visitors coming in and out. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. One star is too generous for this place.

The staff (front desk personnel, housekeeping, maintenance, management, sales) everyone was fantastic. I was a guest for 7 weeks (for medical reasons) and everyone was so helpful, attentive, patient, compassionate and thoughtful of my situation. I don’t want to home!!! Lol

There was mold that covered the ceiling in the bathroom. There was also mold in the pool. The hot tub was not hot. No conditioner in the bathroom. Kitchen was closed. Front of the house staff not very friendly at all. Night staff made you feel like you were inconveniencing them. I really have never had this much to say about a stay anywhere.

Every night and every day the fire alarm rings and people have to leave the hotel. They cannot fix this. Highly annoying when you are waken up every night. Staff is undertrained, constantly makes mistakes with the computer, manager needs to come and straighten things out. The room wasn't cleaned in 4 days.

Several maintenance issues: bathroom door hinges were loose and door did not close properly, shower door would roll open on its own, body wash dispenser was empty or not working, no Kleenex in room. Fire Alarm went off at 8:00 a.m. and did not see a Fire Dept. Response making me think alarm panel was not connected to Fire Dept.

When I arrived to check in, the front desk person pulled up my reservation and then said aloud, “another one of those,” apparently taking umbrage with my reservation being from Expedia - and making me feel unwelcome. There are no ice machines, so you have to call and get ice (and the staff gets it from the kitchen), but there are ice buckets in each room. Why not keep the ice buckets tucked away in the kitchen, too? The dresser in my room was falling apart. A hole in the ceiling next to a fire sprinkler. Tike falling off the wall in the bathroom. Mildew. The cover of the bath fan was falling off the ceiling. The door handle for the bathroom was loose. The flooring had gaps in it. The top of the desk was warped from water damage. Weird stains on the blinds. (And the TV had motion smoothing turned on that I couldn’t turn off!)
