The toilet was leaking so I had to turn off the water to get to sleep. The room had a chemical smell. The employees were welcoming and helpful. I did not tell them about the leak as it was late and I figured I could fix it faster myself

Check in was strange, there was an extra hold on my card even though it was a CREDIT card upon check in. Then typically you open a door downwards and these open up? However i was not instructioned of this. The hold was released and we were able to open the door upwards

Its a nice hotel, just needed more pillows, and there was hair in bathtub, yuk. Some candy under heater, ither than that, clean, no mold like alot of places. Didnt get a chance to get in pool or eat there, we ate out at a great diner called teddys diner, i highly recommend, its on road behind thehotel, great food. The one thing i hate is that they dont make hotels with sound barriers. We were in 3rd floor in a premium room costed$200 for 1 night, and i slept 40 min totalbc the people above us were stomping when they walked, it was very loud, they were dragging trash can across bathroom floor also very noisy, and can hear them talking loud as if they were in the room, then heard base music rest of night until 7am, i had 3 hrs to drive home and no sleep, had headache. I was exhausted, and i go to hotels to relax and get peace, ebd up with kids running thru halls, doors banging, people stomping above and dropping stuff. For adults sake, somebody please build sound proof rooms, and make hotels specifically for adults. Its vacay time for most of us, weleave noise to get away from it,not to get worse when we leave. Ifim gonna pay 200 in one night i at least need peace and sleep, and someone stole our do not disturb plaquard while we were gone, shady people. All they had to do was ask for one at desk. Nice hotel, but very noisy, no sound barrier whatsoever.

Man at front desk was very friendly. The room was clean. The hot tub in pool area jets did not work. The pool was ice cold. Breakfast was good. The hotel was very clean.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable stiff and lumpy in the suite we had. Large group arrived and was extremely loud past 11pm and the staff did nothing. An apology would have been nice at least.

This is an ideal choice if you plan to spend most of the day out and only need a quiet and comfortable sleep at a reasonable price. The location is pretty convenient to access the highway, and quite a few good shopping and restaurants are nearby. Getting to or back from the city takes ~ 1 hour most of the time due to generally heavy traffic conditions in Chicago, so avoid rush hours.

Nice staff, clean rooms, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was acceptable . No safe in room. Room and third floor had a marijuana smell. I had to open the window and buy a can of Febreeze to mask the smell. That said, I will be staying here again, and would recommend the hotel.

I gave the hotel an average rating for property condition and facilities due to our initial experience of entering a freezing room, requiring repairs for our suite. However, I must commend Charles, the young man who promptly and efficiently addressed and repaired both heaters. His politeness and apology were appreciated. Thanks to his dedicated efforts in resolving the issues, I would stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Pool was nice and warm, hot tub was nice and hot but both could be cleaned a little more. The only real complaint was that the beds are very uncomfortable. We were there 3 days and our key card kept getting deactivated even an hour before it was suppose to be checkout time so I had to keep getting it deactivated. Breakfast was just normal hotel breakfast, nothing great. The rooms were very clean.

When we entered the hotel, there was a HORRIBLE smell. We just assumed someone had just walked through after they took a bath in perfume. Wrong.... it's the normal smell. We get into the room and i find rubber gloves left over from housekeeping. The bed had blood stains on the sheet, there were pubic hairs in the bathroom in shower and on floor. I told the front desk and was told to just throw them out and sorry it wasn't fully cleaned. The 3rd floor had a smoke cloud of Marijuana, and the guy at the desk stated, that's how they make extra money, by charging a $200 cleaning fee, so they could care less if anyone is smoking there. My lungs are compromised and i was up all night because of this. I was NOT happy and nobody cared. We will NEVER go back!!!

I has to leave the hotel at 1:30 AM because of the EXTRA LOUD MUSIC from the Bar next to the hotel. A lot of drunk customers yelling on the hallway, good luck getting some rest

Not a far walk from elevator to furthest room. The waffle iron and batter were set perfectly. I have not had a perfectly cooked waffle in a long time.

Enjoyed my stay here. Clean, quiet, roomy, free parking, good breakfast, my kids enjoyed the indoor pool. We were attending Taste of Chicago so the drive there wasn’t bad.

Disappointed by not having ability to talk with supervisor. Radisson was a part of Choice Privileges which I belong to. Found out that points were not applied because they were no longer part of. Bath tub backed up our entire stay even after asking front desk to attend to. Not one day of room service.
