Airport shuttle: big plus. Also a very accommodating staff: I was stranded for an extra day at O'Hare due to unforeseen flight cancellation and they made an early check-in happen @ 8:30 A.M. for substantially less than i was expecting. Room was clean, no signs of any little hitchhiking arthropods, staff was friendly and responsive to my situation.
The facility itself is a little dated: the hot tub wasn't working when I arrived and that would have been perfect after the night I had getting there but was not in itself a dealbreaker. Has a decent breakfast selection for a Super 8, but no hot items. Not going to complain though.

Old looking furniture and bedding, small hard beds with two mini pillows. Barely had continental Breakfast options . Food was scares if you didn’t get there as soon as breakfast started. I also heard staff scolding a young black customer about how much mix he use for his waffle. While leaving the building I seen an employee spraying the rooms with bug spray before guests arrived.
