The state was all right, but the $30 parking charge took us by surprise. The hotel was clean, and the service expected.

The penthouse floor was worth the extra money. It made an already excellent weekend 10x better

The shuttle van never arrived when I needed to go to the airport. I had to call an Uber.

The stay was good, the service people were very friendly, but the cleaning service was only done once in a week of stay, and a person named Marin in the Front Desk area, was not friendly and had rude attitudes with customers that detracted from the beauty of you and our stay.

Really enjoyed the warm pool before a long flight! Shuttle was great and on time. Definitely would recommend for the night before a flight.

I had to cancel my spring break plans because my father got sick and was hospitalized. My sons were bummed so I opted to stay just one night so they could swim and we could have a break from all the hospital visits and stress. This hotel was convenient because it wasnt too far from us and had a pool. First, the check in process was a long wait but the actual checking in felt so rushed that the front desk attendant never mentioned there was a charge for parking. He simply asked if I was parked in the lot and handed me a slip to put on my dashboard. No mention of a $30 parking fee. That was the first disappointment. The second one was having housekeeping knock on the door and then proceed to actually open the door when we were still sleeping (10 a.m.) and check out wasnt until noon. So rude. Lastly, I forgot my high blood pressure medication on the sink. I called that same night when I realized this and Tania said housekeeping was gone for the day so she took my number and said she would call me first thing in the morning. Never received a call. Called multiple times in the late morning and kept being put on hold. Finally Tania answered my call and said she would check with housekeeping, took my number again, and said she would call back in 15 minutes. 5 days later and Im still waiting for a call back. This was ao disappointing to me on so many levels. Who would keep medication and not turn it in and more importantly not even bother calling the guest back?? Never again.

The pull out couch has a stain on it, couldn't tell what it was but it looked reddish brown... Water pressure was okay but the beds were too soft for my liking... But for the proximity to the city and our needs as a family it worked.

Convenient and accommodating. Cafe staff were very nice and worked very hard for the busy weekend. Nice job!

Tucked away from I93 but super accessible

Deceptive description: refundable reservation costs $15 extra, with “$10 food and beverage credit”, but it is not for food at the restaurant, only for snacks at the reception desk (vending machine type of junk food). Deceptive and disappointing.

All was better than expected

Everything was really good except for the pool area. There were never towels. And the bathrooms were a mess. No toilet paper and no towels for drying your hands. It seemed that the staff was overwhelmed with a large amount of kids swimming over the weekend. Other than that, it was great. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good.

Just an overnight between flights but have to say the service was outstanding. Very courteous, helpful and well trained staff. Hotel itself is dated and a bit worn, but clean and comfortable.

It’s nice that they have an airport shuttle makes it very convenien and that Outback Steakhouse is right on the property

First of I reserved my stay for the weekend I ended up with a handicap room which I did not reserve the receptionist state that was the only suite they then recapped and stated I reserved that room which clearly see I was not handicapped then entering the suite the couch cover was not on the middle pillow I complained about that a technician supposed to came never came I was so upset about the whole situation I just didn’t let a bad situation destroy my weekend and dealt with the stay but definitely was not worth the cost room 222 1/19/24 to 1/21/24 totally upset

I didn’t like that I ask for a king size bed and they gave me a queen size bed

The Tv didn’t work and some complimentary water bottles would’ve been nice but other than that, it was a nice experience.
