What I liked about SpringHill Suites Chicago O’Hare was its combination of comfort, convenience, and friendly hospitality. The spacious suite-style rooms provided plenty of space to relax, work, and unwind after a busy day. Its location near O’Hare Airport made traveling easy while still offering access to Chicago attractions. The complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the morning, and the clean, well-maintained facilities created a welcoming atmosphere. What stood out most was the helpful and courteous staff, who worked hard to make guests feel comfortable and valued. Overall, the hotel offered a pleasant, relaxing, and memorable stay.

The staff were excellent! The rooms were a little smaller than other Springhill properties. The bathrooms were small and the shower was so tight it was difficult to turn around in.
Beware: because of the amount of rooms here the breakfast area resembles a theme park. Lots of people only concerned with their own desires! Very crowded and hectic!
