The Castile is in a good location for walking Paris and exploring local gems. The staff is attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The food is good. The room was comfortable and we felt spoiled with all the special touches.

Castille Paris was truly one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt warm, polished, and genuinely five-star. The staff could not have been more welcoming or accommodating, and we were incredibly appreciative of the beautiful room upgrade we received.
The location is almost impossible to beat. You step outside and you’re right in the heart of Paris, next to Chanel and just moments from Place Vendôme, Rue Saint-Honoré, incredible shopping, cafés, and so many of the places we wanted to visit. Despite being so central, the hotel itself feels intimate, elegant, and tucked away from the crowds.
Our room was beautiful and comfortable, the hotel has so much Parisian charm, and every interaction with the staff made us feel well taken care of. I especially loved that Castille feels luxurious without feeling overly formal or impersonal — it has the character and service of a boutique hotel with everything you expect from a five-star stay.
After spending several days exploring Paris, it genuinely felt wonderful to come “home” to Castille each evening. I recommend it without hesitation and would absolutely choose it again for another Paris trip. 10/10 location, service, and experience.
