Always stay here when I have business in Modesto or Ceres. It is clean and comfortable and safe! Great staff here as well and they have a nice breakfast.

The website description was misleading. I was under the impression the room would be like a suite. The toilet was very low, seemed like it was for kids. Did not like the bathroom sink not inside the bathroom.

This being my 2nd stay in past 3 weeks has been very enjoyable. What has made both visits pleasant was the front desk. Can’t remember the names but both ladies were pleasant, professional and easy to speak with. The rooms were comfortable with the air conditioning providing the necessary cool during these hot visits for baseball.

the breakfast was very good, room clean and neat, bed comfortable. Only draw back we wish the pool would be open earlier so adults could use it without a lot of children in it. Also being that we had a room at the very far west of the property the train was a bit loud when passing through

The property was directly off of the freeway, which is very convenient. But there is also railroad tracks on the other side and long freight trains travel on it at night. There was a nice range of breakfast options with a number of hot entrees. The facility was very clean. However, room housekeeping is every other day.

The stay was great. It was among my top 5 for hotel stays. It would have gotten a higher rating with a magnifying mirror at the vanity. I loved the pressured toilets and evacuation fan in the shower as well as the pump bottles with bodywash, shampoo and conditoner. Everything was fresh and clean. The breakfast oatmeal bar was awesome. So many wonderful choices of seeds, nuts and sweets. I'm sure there were better room views but across the way all was quiet for the weekend. Wanted to try the Sauna, but plan to next time.

The hotel was clean but very very loud. It is right across the street from train tracks and it sounds like a train is going right through your room. Also the walls and floors are very thin and we were on the first floor so it sounded like people were jumping around on top of us. I could hear every flush from the room next-door as well. My biggest problem is it is extremely loud.

The room was not cleaned properly. Old food was still in the room refrigerator. Bathroom quite small unlike the picture seen. No ventilation in the bathroom.

The first thing I noticed was that this place smelled REALLY good. I Actually visited 2 other hotels while there (traveling with a sports team and we were spread out). There hotels did NOT smell good. Ours just had this really great fresh scent everywhere. The thing I didn't like was our hotel room had a ridiculously loud a/c unit. Also, when anyone opened a door in the hall, our door rattled. Our door was solid and had good locks, it just "rattled" when air pressure changed. Of course this made me jump various times, as it sounded like someone was trying to get it. Overall, hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was decent, staff was EXTREMELY nice, and our room was quiet and comfortable. I would stay here again, but request a quieter a/c room!

There was a domestic abuse incident next to my room and I informed the front desk and they DID NOT CALL THE POLICE. the next incident was the man pounding on my window at 2-3am with my children and I in the room to the point thr window could have potentially broke! The office tried to move my room but I was too scared to leave. They are now refusing to give money back because they tried “to accommodate me” and as a mother I felt unsafe for my children and the hotel did not seem to care. Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I will NEVER GO BACK. beware of this facility and the people working there. No sympathy at all for the situation I was in with my young children!
