Every time you need something from the front desk, they always ask “can you come pick it up?” There were ants in the bathroom. Coffee wasn’t fresh in the breakfast area.

Tried to check in at 3pm but the room wasn’t ready because they were still being cleaned. Not happy but they did offer a 1 hour later checkout but I didn’t accept because I was going to be checking out earlier than 11 anyway. Room pictures on Expedia absolutely do not match the actual room. Bait and switch. BUT, overall satisfied and may consider staying here again.

We were placed in a "pet-friendly" room even though we do not have pets. It did not smell fresh at all and smelled of a wet dog. The beds were smaller than normal.

I checked tried to do early check in at 1pm on the 18th of December. They told me it would cost me $20 extra for early check in. Never experienced this anywhere else, seems petty. I passed and went across the street and had breakfast. I came back at 3pm. They required a $250 deposit. I thought “Oh wow my room must be really nice given a $250 deposit”…. I went up to my room. They assigned me a handicap room on the second floor with a shower head that only goes up 5 ft. I’m 6ft. There were 5 very obvious stains on the carpet, the carpet was so sticky it felt as though it was vacuumed with honey. I went downstairs and voiced my concerns to the front desk. The lady at the front desk said the stains were from someone’s pet. So they most likely kept that guys $250 deposit and didn’t shampoo the carpet for the next guest. At no point did she offer to give us a new room that didn’t have visible animal urine on the carpet. The coffee was good, The gym was excellent, the breakfast was bad. Bacon and scrambled eggs, That’s it, That’s all most people want, You guys are doing too much with the mini omelets and sliced Sausage…

Needed a place to stay as a family member was having late night surgery at Kaiser hospital. Fortunately the Hotel is open 24/7 as I didn’t arrive until near midnight. So appreciated having a reasonably priced room near the hospital for emergencies such as this

Hotel is clean But it’s kind old. Sofa is look and smell used for long time. extra blanket is kind a use that we get from the closet.we requested a new one. And we picked it up at the lobby. Breakfast is good.

Great location within Modesto. Close to the freeway but far enough away that you do not hear the traffic. Safe and clean area. Only concern we had is the mattresses are on the very firm side and it was difficult to sleep on. Wish they would upgrade the mattresses.

I had very rude guests in the room next to me that stayed up till 4:00 AM in the morning talking loudly and making alot of noise, they also had a dog in the room that barked quite a bit, making it difficult to sleep

The check in took forever because the computer was loading. Someone on my floor is smoking and the shower water does not properly work. Only a little water came out of the shower head and the water was so hot it burned my skin.

Within walking distance of several restaurants. Bed was very confortable. There are train tracks close by so its a bit noisy when the train goes by. Everything was pretty clean, and they have a nice breakfast, make your own waffles. Staff was very nice. We will stay again, if in the area.
