Stayed here for baseball and concert. Walking distance to most everything downtown. August heat was oppressive, but lo and behold, they have a shuttle that will take you to any place within 2 miles of property. The staff is great and we used the shuttle twice. Above average breakfast and clean property. The only place to stay in downtown PHX in my opinion.
