Breakfast was good, and the room was clean. Coffee was excellent, and the waffle machine was a nice add-on to breakfast. I am so happy I chose this hotel.

Representative are friendly and glad to help customers. Btw, the location is near downtown Phoenix and it is convenient to go anywhere.

There was a lot of parking. It is close to downtown, Phoenix. The room was more spacious than expected. The use of computer and printer downstairs. There was a laundry room if needed. Breakfast was included.
I had mainly a positive experience.

It was close to the chase field and it was clean and ac was on point.
The shower in 304 only setting was hot or extremely hot I messed with it for 30 min and could not get it to warm or cold. That and when I got their they said I double booked but my account said I only had one booking. Had to talk to my booking only to get run around. I went back down explained that my booking was only 1 room. After that they canceled my other room (at no cost). It was nice but if they could have done that why didn't they do that in the first place. I did show them that my account only said one room.
