Perfect location for attending a concert at Chase Field. An easy walk and felt very safe. Property & rooms were clean and welcoming.
I left my drivers license and they were amazing about reaching out and holding onto it until my son could pick it up.
The bed/mattress was super uncomfortable.

Location was key with going to the sport events we came for. Customer service st front desk was really good.
Pillows were uncomfortable and bed a little hard. Towels were rough and scratchy, exercise room needs a few more weights and weight lifting machines. Pool furniture would be better in another material besides metal. Got too hot and burned skin with the slightest touch. No spa

Staff was extremely friendly. Were also very helpful when issues were brought up.
The room my dad & his wife was in (under my wife Angela Castro's name) had an issue that caused my step mom to fall in the shower. The set screw for the knob for the shower was not tightened down (it was all the up and loose). So when she went to grab it, it came right off and she fell backwards in the shower and landed on her buttocks and lower back. Our room had dust built up at the upper areas of the wall near the HVAC vent/return. It was actually visible from a couple feet away. Almost looked like "dust bunnies" on the wall.
