Great location, great facilities, terrific breakfast, comfy beds, easy access to all the sports and concert venues. We had stayed here previously and wanted to stay again for all these reasons. Ask for a room on the front of the building, it's quieter. Valet service is expensive but they are terrific!
Upon arrival, we waited several minutes before the desk clerk showed up to check us in, We went back to the desk to purchase some items from the pantry and we waited again with several others for the desk clerk to return to the desk. As with most properties, our room was supposed to be serviced every other day. We did get service on our third day and housekeeping only made the bed, emptied trash, and replenished towels. Nothing else was restocked -- coffee items, tissues were completely out, no extra TP.
