Very convenient location. Surprisingly quiet. Full breakfast included. Receptionist who checked me in was particularly helpful.
Facility has no parking structure of its own but has a complex arrangement with nearby public parking. Valet parking is $10 extra, and is rather aggressively (although not deceptively) offered upon arrival. A public parking structure behind the building is less than half the price, but I didn’t find that out until I checked in.
Ice machine on my floor was not working.

Breakfast was decent. Not much diversity or choices. I enjoyed the food. My kids did not. The room was big and comfortable for the four of us. Great location.
When we first arrived there was vomit infront of the Starbucks. No sign. The smell was really bad and without proper signs, I stepped on it. The desk told me we had to use Valet Parking and it cost $44.00. My car was parked 30 feet away and we only had small bags for one night of travel. The valet crew was rude and dismissive. I could have parked in another garage for less. The room was great and comfortable . The ice machine on the 5th floor was broken the entire time.
