I had a very pleasant stay at Aloft Phoenix. The room was exactly as described in the listing and met my expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and well organized.
The facilities were very comfortable and well maintained, making the overall experience enjoyable. The check-in process was smooth and efficient — we were warmly welcomed upon arrival and quickly assigned our room without any issues.
Overall, a great experience and a solid choice for staying in Phoenix. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Location
There was no deposit mentioned in the details about the property so when I arrived and was asked for a $100 USD deposit, I was surprised. It was super inconvenient.
