Hotel and rooms needs to be updated; pool had a lot of debris in it and jacuzzi temp wasn’t hot enough. Rooms were average. Beach was full of little jumping/flying bugs and we were not able to enjoy the beach at all. Tried to rent chairs and guy who rented them to us said he was being attacked by lice-like bugs all day. We returned the chairs right away after realizing they were all over the chairs too. Hotel has access to beach but it is not oceanfront.

Room was big and beds comfortable. The only drawback if there was one is that it was not right on the beach. We did not eat anything, but the bistro had a nice menu and we regretted not having breakfast there since all the restaurants around it had long lines. Another nice plus was the electric chargers for cars. That alone was worth the parking fee :)

My daughter and I stayed only one night but we had a great time.We eat dinner and the restaurant and breakfast and the food and service was amazing. We will definitely be back. Thank you

This is one of the best hotels we've stayed at in our travels. A beautiful home away from home with people taking care of us. Feels like a perfect family resort.

The hotel was great and the people were even better. Our parking was comped for a bad view. What we were not warned about was that a little before 9am the next morning the roofers would start in the area just outside our room. The wall was against our bed and bathroom. We were up just trying to relax and it was the opposite. A warning just would have been nice.

With the exception of the hotel restaurant staff, everyone was super friendly and helpful. It was very evident they valued my family as guests and were working hard to make sure we had a wonderful vacation and customer experience. The front desk staff gave us local tips. The manager personally took care of a room request we had, and maintenance was super respectful in addressing a bathroom issue we ourselves created. The hotel restaurant staff, however, appeared overworked, tired and unfriendly. Food took a long time to get to us. They definitely needed more help for this area. Charging us for outdoor parking seemed over the top for this type of hotel.

Everything was great! Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly . Amenities are great and hotel is located close to many retail stores and less than 30 minutes to Kennedy space centre and a short walk to the beach.

My family and I got this property last minute for the Falcon Heavy launch, and it was perfect! The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was ready at check-in and check-out wasn't until 12pm, which is nice with four kids! We drove to Peacock Beach, which was about a 10 minute drive. The hotel's beach access is a little bit of a walk part the pool area, but it is more secluded from a lot of the traffic on Cocoa Beach. The pool was clean and roomy, too, so if the beach isn't your thing, the pool should be! Overall, a great place to stay on Cocoa Beach!

The hotel is bigger than what the parking lot will hold, the parking lot needs to be bigger and I payed a 10 dollar fee to park witch I think is stupid..
