Great place to stay. Location is perfect for Cape Canaveral or just hanging at the beach. Staff is very friendly and the place is very clean! Nice pool and outdoor bar as well. Would definitely stay there again!

First I’ll start by saying, I read all the reviews prior to going. There were a lot of complaints about false advertising, for example people believing this was right on the beach. I knew going it was not on the beach based off of the pictures and descriptions. Based on all the negativity about such a long walk to the beach I was a little concerned. However, there is a path right by the pool area that leads you to the beach. It is a quick walk. You don’t have to cross any busy streets and everyone is safe. We stayed for 6 nights, the service was exceptional. We called for towels, they were delivered in less than 10minutes each time. The hotel was clean, in a good location for walking to restaurants with the kids, you have the option of using the hotel right next door for the bistro/bar, hot tub and pool. Virginia at the front desk was always amazing. Whatever you needed she took care of it with a friendly smile, no attitude and made you feel welcome. The breakfast every morning was good with a nice selection of waffles, bacon, sausage, breads, juices cereals and fruits. The ONLY complaint I would have is that it seemed that the hot water would run out mid shower. I did report this once and was told they would send someone to the room. I told them it’s not a problem with the room but the gentleman at the counter just brushed it off. I would have no problem coming back to this hotel if I was in the area again. We also watched 3 rocket launches from the beach. AMAZING

One of the best Hampton Inns we've stayed at. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and actually smelled clean, and the continental breakfast was great. There was lots of seating as well. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the "oceanview" room is a bit misleading. Maybe it was my fault for not understanding the description, but this hotel isn't right on the water. It's just behind another building. Yes, you can see the ocean, but our room was more of a view of the parking lot. With that said, though, we'd definitely stay here again .

Beautiful hotel. Wonderful breakfast but the outdoor pool bar was not really a bar. 2 chairs no real music. You have to go next door to a separate hotel for the restaurant which was more like a diner so we didn’t eat or drink at the hotel which I feel they lost out on not just us.

Have stayed many times in the past to catch cruise. We usually are given inside room or ocean view but this time it was an outside room facing the street. Room was clean and comfortable but a little noisy. The property is showing a little age and needing updating. Would stay again without hesitation. Staff very helpful and courteous.

Very nice property…..clean, large room with an ocean view, big bathroom with plenty of counter space and towels (which is important to us). Breakfast was good, and very busy, but plenty of seating. So convenient to the cruise ship. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was nice, staff were friendly. I did not like having to pay for parking after paying 250 for a night in an average room. Was not told my CC would be charged an extra 50 as a hold for days. Breakfast was decent but I was expecting more options. If you want to actually see or hear a rocket launch, I recommend getting MUCH closer to the space center. You can hardly see it, even with 30x zoom from there and the sound was basically like a vacuum cleaner from that distance. Proximity to the beach and access was nice, but expect to pay 35 for 2 chairs and an umbrella and they are old and not very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay. Our ocean view was beautiful. I did feel your additional fees were excessive. Why would you charge me to park my car when I am staying at your hotel. Your pet fee was one of the highest I have ever paid.

Beds are firm and pillows decent. Breakfast was standard and staff was on top of keeping the food area clean and filled. Only thing that didn’t fit a top rating was the shower water pressure. Very weak.

We enjoyed our stay and greatly appreciate that this hotel is dog friendly. During our stay, there were plumbing issues that affected the whole hotel. The staff did their best to keep guests accommodated. We did have some issues with water in our room even after the issue was fixed, but I'm sure this isn't "the norm" for this hotel. Aside from the plumbing issues, the place is great. Right on the beach. Room was clean and had a nice view of the ocean. Pool was nice. Staff was amazing. We would stay again.

This is an older property, but it is acceptable and in a gorgeous location . The staff is super kind and helpful, and the proximity to the beach makes up for some of the dings in the paint. Also - very nice pool😉

You are lead to believe that this is an ocean front property through Expedia. It is not…..it is back row. We didn’t even have an ocean view room like we expected. Our car was completely spotted because of the sprinkler system, so we had to find a car wash before doing anything that day. Not the fault of the hotel, but the hotel had no water due to busted pipes the day we were leaving. This lead us to have to deal with Expedia, who sucked!! Don’t ever use Expedia!!! They will not refund you a penny out of their own pocket and have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life! An hour and a half of talking to a guy who claimed his hands were tied and that he is the highest person in management, when asking to speak to his superior! He was awful, and should never be one on one with customers. Can’t say enough wonderful things about the hotel staff though. This hotel was wonderful because of the people who work there.
