Positives- location, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, including Busch Stadium. The water pressure is great and the hot water is hot and lasts forever. The beds are okay. The room was very clean as well as the hotel itself. Negatives- the walls are very this and you can hear the other guests. The rooms stay warm because you cannot adjust the temperature to go past 68 degrees. I would recommend bringing a fan. Parking is a bit steep but that’s part of staying downtown. It is in a secure garage that belongs to the hotel maybe half a block away. We had a great stay overall and would stay again.

Nice clean hotel. We were in St Louis for the Battlehawks game. The hotel was right beside the Dome so it was super convenient. We will stay at this hotel again. Totally recommend

Our stay was okay. When we arrived our door handle was broken, the bathtub was full of water from a dripping shower head, the shower water was not hot by any means, and one bathroom door did not lock. These are all minor things that aren’t a huge deal for a one night stay. Overall, as a young couple we felt very safe and would probably stay again because of the convenience.

It was a great stay.. the hotel was awesome and the service was great except for the bistro closing early when we were really wanting something to eat.. the later checkout time was very much appreciated. The front desk lady was super helpful, courteous, and cheerful. She was a pleasure to deal with. The valet desk attendants were super helpful and we dealt with more than one. Valet was definitely worth the cost.. Overall, it was a great stay and one that will be repeated.

Was shocked that it cost $45 per day for parking! There seemed to be an extra charge for everything. We even had to pay for coffee!! Nowhere did it state we had to pay to park when booking. We are paying guest. Shouldn't have to pay extra to park where we already paid to stay. Buyer beware!!!!

Didn’t like that parking was not included. If he has to pay, it should have been a lot cheaper. We had to pay $45 to walk over half a block with all of our luggage in the rain.

No onsite parking, a little scary walking from the garage to our hotel with the homeless. The staff was not very friendly either. Room was ok, but was very loud. You could hear everything from other rooms. I wouldn’t stay here again.

It is a good hotel in downtown Saint Louis. My room was big and comfortable. The water pressure is excellent. I didn't have any good views, even if I was on the 17th floor. The are around the building is ok... but the downtown of the city is not its best part. Next time I will stay in. CWE or other nicer areas. Overall it was ok. Major disappointment, parking is, at least, 30 USD per night around the hotel.

Right in the heart of town this hotel is a 10-15 minute walk to the arch and other historical building and the ballpark. There were also restaurants near by and parking was just around the corner in the Marriott garage.
