The gardens were excellent & clean, staff were amazing, check in & out were hassle free, the rooms were big and spacious. I couldn’t fault anyone or anything, we travelled with our children their husband and wife and also 6 grandchildren and they had a ball. I would recommend this hotel anytime and will definitely return.

Group of 10 of us stayed (6 adults and 4 kids - 12 to 2 years) and had a great time.
Pros - good location in central Kuta for things like Waterbom, access to other restaurants etc. Rooms are very good size (quite large actually). Staff are incredible. Spa is so cheap and fantastic. Gardens are beautiful and relaxing.
Cons - hotel is a bit older and not as well maintained as other hotels. It’s clean but doesn’t necessarily feel clean because it’s so dated. Pool, although great, is just a pool with no extra things for kids (no slides etc).
