Hotel was very nice and had everything I needed. The only thing i have an issue with is 22$ per night parking. Parking should be included in the price. It should not be an additional cost.

I cant not believe they charge for parking - it is in a MASSIVE parking lot / shopping center so its just a way for this hotel to charge guests more which is disappointing. Other then that its a great hotel

Fantastic staff, clean well appointed rooms. Easy, safe parking. Plenty of luggage trolleys. Sheets and towels were soft. We have decided this will be where we stay regularly when we visit this area due to cleanliness, safety, and great staff.

Hotel was over booked and we were placed on the back of the 1st floor near engineering and housekeeping. This is also the "pet friendly" area. As someone who suffers from asthma i prefer not to stay in pet friendly rooms. Additionally, i think that the if a hotel is foing to put people in pet friendly rooms due to iver booking the onus should be on the hotel, and in rhese cases hepa filters can help to mitigate.

Check in was rude .. did not get the room that I reserved Felt over charged for everything.. food , drinks , parking No maid service until we asked , then they didn’t even make the beds Would not stay there again

Loved the location and parking availability. Room was spacious and neat. The only issue I had was with breakfast option. Breakfast selection was very minimal, expensive and service was damn slow. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay and the staff was very polite and welcoming.

Check in was horrible. The guy at the front desk seemed to be totally not interested in his job lol. He avoided even looking at us while talking... Constantly staring at the TV behind the bar. I didn't think too much of it but then when his answers were rude and just not helpful.. it sort of ruined our check in experience. The bistro downstairs is overpriced and extremely busy. No room service not even able to order over phone for pick up. One of the elevators was broken Toilet was clearly not cleaned before our arrival. I would rather not get into the details The only plus was that the room was very spacious and hotel conveniently located near shopping hub and exit

This hotel was acceptable. It was clean and the workers were very kind and friendly. I was disappointed that the parking fee was $4 more than what was posted on Expedia. It adds up when you have multiple cars and days. The windows don’t insulate the sound very well and since we were by a busy street there was a lot of traffic noise. The beds were not comfortable for me, they were too firm, but my husband liked them. The elevator was small and slow, and they only had 2, which caused us to wait a little longer than expected a few times. There is plenty of places to eat and shop around the hotel. Its location is good, factoring in Cali traffic it was about a 20-30 minute drive to Universal Studios (about 15 minutes with no traffic), which was the purpose of our visit. My rooms had an overwhelming perfume smell, I’m not sure if that’s a spray they use or if someone who stayed before loved perfume, but it was strong. And, even though it’s a nonsmoking hotel, when we first arrived it smelled to me as though people had smoked in it previously…perhaps that’s why there was a perfume smell to mask the scent of cigarette smoke. I honestly don’t know. My 2nd room did not have the cigarette smell, but did have a perfume-like smell.

I am a regular visitor in Marriotts. Never had such a bad experience in Marriott before what I have gone through during my recent visit at Marriott Burbank airport. I had purchased breakfast for all guests during my stay through Expedia. I had called in to the hotel couple of days in advance to request for connecting rooms as I had booked 2 rooms, but during check-in time, the receptionist could not find anything and was not able to provide us with either connecting rooms or breakfast coupons. We felt like idiots and playing tricks to grab free coupons. The rooms were not that good, the drain in wash basin sink was very slow, the flapper of the toilet flush was leaking, the electric outlets were broken. We stayed for two nights (paid for 2 nights) but did not have enough refill for coffee for next day .No room cleaning in between, no replacement of towels even after requesting. I would never come back to this property again and would never suggest any of my friends to do so.
