Hotel smells like smoke and wet dog. The rooms have been “updated” but not. You have to pay $14 per person in addition for any kind of breakfast which is free with most hotels. NOT WORTH IT!!!

Hotel was very clean ,our room was large and the king bed was very comfortable. Our server Joan at breakfast was extremely nice and helpful overall very pleased with this hotel. Only issue we had was the bar was never open when we were there.

They have a $100 dollar check in deposit. It also takes 24 hours to return to you even though the front desk said it was instant on check out. The shower curtain wasnt all the way hung the toilet needs tightened it does wobble. The room was clean. The whole hotel could use a deep clean the elevators stink and the carpet on the way to the rooms is disgusting. The suites do not have a way to block off one room to the other so its still just opened if you have guest no privacy. The walls are thin so you will hear all traffic up and down the halls the front entrance could definitely use some wd40. I did not pay $15 for the breakfast so i cant comment on that. And i also didnt get a chance to use the pool. So for the most part the stay was fine. Just minor things that could use upgrading or clean. The staff was friendly well the ones i spoke with. Also the bed was A1 super soft. The hotel is very convenient for shopping or dining out. Mall was like 5 mins away. Overall id give a 7/10.

I booked a King room and showed up 30 minutes later and they had no King rooms left. No a big deal as I was travelling alone, but why was it available to book?

The front desk staff was very welcoming. We paid for breakfast and they didn’t serve it at all while we were there. Apparently they only do breakfast if they’re above 50% capacity. The tv worked the first night, but stopped working for the reminder of our trip.

They took doble deposit they took $100 in cash and $100 in my card he told that it did not proceed but yet they took out of my account

Do not stay here. The room was dirty and if it had not been so late we would have gone elsewhere. It was not even worth $50. Go stay at a much less expensive hotel for a better experience and cleaner room. We could not leave fast enough in the morning.

To be rated 3 stars the rooms were dated. Garage cans were filthy. Bathtub bottom was discolored and peeling. Stains on furniture and top cover. The staff was really nice. Booking was a breeze. Just needs some TLC.

It was a very clean room and close to the highway and lots of restaurants and shopping near by the only complaint is they put a $350 c hold on my card for incidentals which may me bounce a check how don't care if they put the charge but remove it after you check out

Lady working front desk super rude. After 2nd night of staying there called at 10am for new towels and she told us we had to wait about an hour that the towels were washing. Room was not clean, there was fake eyelashes on the window - gross

Light fixture fell off the wall in the middle of the night and broke my phone screen. Room not cleaned properly. Fridges in room require to be turned on but no one told us so our goods were spoiled. Management Staff was friendly but the hotel owner obviously does not care about the condition of their building. Would not stay again.

Had 2 king suites. One suite we had to get a refund on because the air was not working and it was almost 90 degrees in it. Thank goodness we had booked another suite with my family so we could use the pull out couch since the hotel had no other rooms available. We were told that additional towels, blankets, sheets and pillows would be delivered while we were gone so that we'd have everything we need. We did not receive them and when we went downstairs to get them, they could not help us as housekeeping was locked up and gone and they had no access. Needless to say, we didn't sleep at all! The rooms smelled of moth balls and the rooms were dirty. We used to stay here but we never will again after this experience.

My room door was open when i got to my room, didnt have to use my key to enter. My room hadnt been cleaned, there were alcohol bottles, hair and eyelash kits in trash can. Bathroom tub had a dirt ring in it, along with sink being dirty and faucets hadnt been cleaned. Overall nasty room. I have 4 different charges on my bank account $193.32, 109.23, 109.23, 72.82 totalling $484.60 causing my account to be overdrawn and nobody at the hotel can explain why the charges exist. I would like ALL charges removed from my account and Ill NEVER stay there again. I am highly pissed at need some answers.

Had a late check in with dogs. The pet fee is a bit steep $100, but other than that, the staff was great and the rooms were sizeable to enjoy during our long road trip cross country.

Was great for an overnight stay, have stayed there before. Not sure if I will stay again, may try something else as the room had musty odor. Room was otherwise clean. The staff was nice but they were unprofessional in dress, the dress code if there was any is lacking, yikes. The breakfast is not free.

Arrived at the hotel and room wasn’t ready. We arrived at 10:00 at night. Room was finally made available for us at 12:30AM. They offered a late check out, but that doesn’t help when you have plans the next day and have to be somewhere at a certain time.
