Quiet night, slept well, breakfast was really good, night shift staff courteous
No ice on our floor, we got a room with 1 bed, not 2 as we booked, AC smelled terrible, issue with doordash ( not hotels fault) , pool closed, I slept on fold out couch after driving 12 hours

Location. I was given a handicapped room and I loved it because it has a walk-in shower and a shower head on a hose. The temperature control in the room was comfortable and the pillows and bed were perfect for a good night's sleep.English. The person checking me in was super nice and got me checked in quickly. The breakfast was nice.
There was dead smashed cricket in the shower. The ice machine on my floor was out of order and was out of order the last time I stayed in March of this year. The sign did not indicate where one could locate ice. I went to the bar and another customer was there getting ice. I asked another employee for ice too. He got it but didn't seem friendly but I'm not sure if he understood much english. I did not get a receipt for my room at check out. The person who was at the desk when I checked out was the same one from last night who game me the ice. Usually I am thanked for staying but he just motioned for me to hand over the key. He was waiting on someone else. I was charged a $100 extra fee which has not been refunded but it may be too soon.

Comfortable bed and room.
Oh man, where to begin. This is definitely a case of poor management letting a good property go bad. When I arrived, I was given a key to a room that was already in use — awkward. The hallways were oppressively hot, presumably because they were cutting costs on AC usage, which is a crazy thing in July in the St. Louis area. This is a hotel in steep decline.
