The night manager was very very kind

The hotel was completely run down and unkept. The main lobby smelled of raw sewage, and the floors and carpet were completely disgusting. Additionally, the pull out couch was broken with the mattress springs popping out of the ripped fabric and very rusted. The couch cushions were stained and filthy with something very gross. The staff spoke broken English and couldn’t understand us, and would not give us extra pillows for the pull out bed. The outside areas around the hotel were littered with trash and debris also. Lastly, the air inside the hotel also reeked with a strong use of marijuana. will NEVER be staying here again, and will be contacting corporate about receiving a credit or partial refund. I strongly recommend that no one book a stay here. I’d rather pay more to stay at the drury inn further down or the holiday in express.

Great price for a family room that slept 6 people comfortably! Staff was helpful and friendly.
