Floors not clean in bathroom, had to clean toilet seat, needs more renovation, window ac noise kept me up most of the night

Awful is the word that comes to mind when describing this place. Being a Rookie with Hotels.com I believed the comments and rating given this place only to find out that we were scammed. Thank the good Lord we got there late, about 7 PM and only had 7 - 8 hours to sleep there. The front desk person was friendly enough and the sheets were clean are the only two saving points. I don't know who gave all the high comments but lesson learned - Buyer beware!

The staff that works the front desk is extremely nice and friendly… However, the parking lot is extremely small, does not accommodate large vehicles, the floors in the room are hardwood and were dirty, Bed was very basic, you can hear what goes on in the rooms next to you and above you if you’re on the first floor, someone turns on the shower, and you can hear it… there were a few cockroaches, one was crawling on the floor, and the other one was on my shower curtain when I climbed in the shower in the morning, on the day I checked out, when mentioned to the front desk employee, all she said was, I’ll let the manager know… Definitely would not stay here again

Bad service. Was rude about my decision to keep my dog in the car for the night. The bathroom was really small. Old furnitures and appliances. Breakfast was ok.

Everything was fairly good. Place was a little older, was on the first floor and issued a room near the exit door which was convenient and good for letting Sam out to the grasses outside for his business.

Stayed a couple weeks ago not bad but this visit bad !!! Hair everywhere in front of rooms and stairways disgusting !! Pet fee $30 almost 1/2 of room charge totally unacceptable! Front desk gal said for a pet room they have to do so much more cleaning like wash the shower curtain in my mind the shower curtain gets washed in every room I would assume apparently not at Travelodge.sad won’t return

That ice machine has to go. I was able to get about 3 pieces of ice. It is all taken apart and a mess. Door into ice machine area is hard to get into.

Overall not bad but, toilet didn't work properly, had to flush it twice for it to work. Showering was a hassle as it was scolding hot or freezing water. There was no in-between with the temperature. The staff was amazing thought.

Service at front desk was very friendly. Older property but new TV and clean vinyl flooring. Bed was comfortable & nice pillows… Very much like a motel room and the price was low. Room was far away from main road and it was quiet all night. No noisy rowdy party crowd

We were preparing for this a dr apt, when we found it was going to be bad rain, we decided to get a room for Friday night, within 2-3 hours our dr apt was canceled. We called to cancel, and we couldn’t get a refund. It was only a couple of hours, yet, not even half. Next time we walk in a motel, get a room. No more Expedia, no matter what the cost. Thank you,

Door key system didn’t work. Beds were squeaky and bouncy. Phone didn’t work to call office. I finally was provided a different room, same bouncy bed with batteries falling out of remote that had no cover. This is rated one of Redding’s best???

The room was in excellent condition, it appears they take great pride and care. The hot breakfast was good, continued restocking as items were being consumed. Nice seating area and friendly staff. Thank you.

I was expecting a better quality product from Wyndham, the unit was old, furnishings were old, flooring was cheap vinyl. The bathroom shower products were high on the wall and not easily reached. This product did not reflect the price. I'll be sure to give this a pass my next time through.

I took a chance on this because of the 8.2 rating on Expedia. Who rates these things? The staff was very friendly and kind. The walkways to the room were dirty and trashy. The beds in the room were made attractively. But the mattresses were broken down so badly you had to find a firm spot in the middle to keep from rolling toward the edge. The vinyl plank floors had shrunken to there are 1/2" spaces between the 'planks' full and spilling over with dirt. Walking around barefoot not recommended. There was a nice charging station by the bed that I thought was scratched up, but then I touched it to find it was covered in hair and dirt, not scratches. Note to motel maids everywhere: look at the bathroom door from the inside once in a while. yuck. One more up-side, it was very quiet, and the air conditioner worked well. So so dirty, tho. Sad.

The condition of our room was terrible. Dusty and dirty furniture, bathroom tub and pump bottles were dirty/moldy, baseboards were dirty, smoke/carbon monoxide alarm was missing with wires hanging down, fire sprinkler had something wrapped around it (plastic or rag?), floors were dirty, tub was extremely slippery (I almost fell). When we checked in, we were given the key to a room and when we opened the door, the room was obviously still occupied by someone else. Luckily, no one was in the room at the time. Could have been a very embarrassing situation. The only bright spot was the front desk staff were very friendly and the hot breakfast was good. Will not stay here again.

Our room was not at all like the photos on the Expedia site. Beds were on metal stands, the floor was tile and dirty, the large white refrigerator had stains on the outside and the lighting was depressing. Outside we found an empty box for rat traps! I don’t think I will stay at a Travel Lodge in the future. (I would like to give a shout-out to the friendly front desk staff.)

THIS place totally changed my long-time impression of Travelodge, which I usually avoid. Everything about this place, from the exterior to the check-in to the comfort of the room was well above my expectation for this grade of motel. I guess the comfort of the room, especially the nearly-silent a/c unit, quietest of this design I ever have encountered, impressed and sold me.

Good basic stay. My only observations are that the tub is very slippery, the toilet took 2x to flush each time, and for breakfast, it would be nice to have another bread choice, along with the bagel. Breakfast was good for a basic self-serve type. Room was clean.
