Our stay was nice. The entire facility was clean and neat. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for our visit. Our only concern was that the bed was too firm for our liking.

Front desk was friendly and professional. Room was clean. Mattress was very uncomfortable. Felt like sleeping on the floor. Not good when you want a good night sleep while driving long hours.

The woman who checked us in was not the friendliest person, but maybe it was just a bad day. Room was small, but did the trick. Pool had a hottub and the breakfast was pretty good.

When I arrived at the hotel, and was given my room key, I went up to the room on the second floor, where my hotel room was wide open and propped open with the lock. As a woman, traveling alone, I had to go to the front desk and ask why my room was open. To which the young man at the counter told me that it was probably from housekeeping earlier that day. I explained that I wasn’t comfortable going into the room alone and asked that they please check it before I go in. He hesitated, and then agreed. After he check the room, I noticed the heater didn’t work, so as I tried to call down to the front desk I also noticed that the telephone didn’t work. It was late at night and, had I gotten there earlier probably would’ve decided on another hotel. Not a great stay at all.

When we arrived to check in a young man passed us at the door with a garbage can. He proceeded to go off into the parking lot to empty it. We were waiting at the desk for someone when he came back, said just a minute, and went off with the empty garbage can. We waited a pretty long time until he came back. Our suggestion - Leave the garbage until the guest who is waiting is checked in. I don't think we should have had to wait for him.

Great hotel with friendly staff!! Enjoyed the pool and the hot tub was a nice temperature. The heater in the room was noisy( only complaint)

Disappointed had to pay for parking. There was an empty parking lot almost. Also hot tub was foaming and had not been treated. The front desk staff told us it was the fault of all the guests they had on the weekend. Pools and tubs should be maintained daily in a hotel. Breakfast was average. Many things were not available. Seems to be first come first served. We went at 8:00 am. The coffee pot was out of order. Not a great hotel experience.

The service was great at front desk. The bathroom in our room when we arrived was not clean. It had someone's long black hair pasted to wall by sink. The refrigerator in hotel froze our food over night hence i dont think it was working properly. We didnt turn on heat at night and were still roasting hot and couldnt sleep. Then saw that the thermostat in hotel hallway by elevator was set to 73 degrees. So think thats why it was so hot. The hotel breakfast was awesome! The drawer that the muffins and bread were in was broken and wasnt able to get the drawer pulled out to get food during breakfast. There were no sheets or blankets for the pullout sleeper sofa in room when we arrived in room so had to go ask front desk.

I liked the indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast was amazing and offered lots of choices. I didn't like the location, only one gas station nearby and limited restaurants nearby.

My husband and I really enjoyed how clean everything was, and how helpful and pleasant the staff was. We also greatly appreciated being able to bring our dog there, and that you had a nice area for her to go potty. It was very nice, also, that you provided "doggy bags". Lastly, we asked for a late check out (12:00) and we were able to do so. Thank you for making our stay, in Redding, so pleasant.

Nicolette got us checked in and she was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. The property is tucked back so felt safe. It wasn’t super busy, so parking was fine. Breakfast was standard, no complaints. The pool was okay, and the rooms were a little dingy, mostly just the sofa in the room. But otherwise, it was clean, safe, and comfortable.

The staff was wonderful. The problem was the cockroach I killed in the bathroom the last night there. When I told the desk they were not surprised and replied with we sprayed just a week ago. Apparently they spray for cockroaches twice a month. I will not be returning here the next time I’m in Redding.

Definitely could use a deap cleaning in the rooms, our room was not cleaned during our stay or bed made, no coffee in room during second morning so had to go to lobby first thing. Our room had a leak from exterior wall so carpet next to bed was soaking wet, feet were wet getting into bed.

I enjoyed my 3-night stay. The rooms are big and clean. The staff are very friendly. The area is very nice and convenient for both Redding and the Shasta Lake areas. The hotel is a little dated, but in good shape. I appreciated that the housekeeping staff cleaned every other day. The breakfast could be better, but everything else was nice.

Average Hotel but was disappointed when the continental breakfast ran out of eggs and sausage at 8:40 am on a Monday morning before the Thanksgiving holiday.

My family stays here frequently and usually we give it high marks. For whatever reason though, the continental breakfast was truly lacking this trip. Not much stock or variety. Hopefully this was a one-off experience. My wife also felt the bed was too hard; did the hotel get new beds? Are there softer beds in some other rooms? Was fine for me, but agreed it was firmer than we are used to.

We asked for the room to be cleaned but they did not vacuum ! My young kids had spilled crackers and other food in one area and they left it just like that even though we specifically asked for the area to be cleaned . The curtains had blood type spots .

Well for Redding CA its about as good as you will get. Far enough from town to limit the 1000's of transients. There was a Pit Bull dog unleashed in front of the establishment lost or belonging to a transient that hotel staff had to call animal control. Breakfast was pretty good, check in easy, parking available, but later in the evening it gets packed. Believe me there isn't much better in this town. Good place to stay.

We were in town for softball tournament, due to weather all games canceled on Sat. They allowed us to check in early which was wonderful. Everyone was great from check in to check out.
