The staff at the front desk got us sheets for the pullout in the suite. She was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. For a brief one night stay it was a nice resting place.

Very convenient off highway. Staff was super helpful and friendly. We especially loved the fact there was no heavy comforter on bed. Just sheet and nice weight blanket. We could adjust room temperature well with thermostat. Breakfast was good too. We’d stay here again.

The person who checked us in was very rude. Whether she was having a bad day or not is unsure, but the next day she was just as rude.

Our family always stay in this hotel for the service and comfort it provides.
Only this time, the cleaning and service department missed one of the bed sheet and it had dried blood stain on it. After notifying the front desk , it was quickly changed for a cleaned one.
Other than that we are very satisfied with our stays.

This hotel was a very loud environment. Our door was paper thin and located next to the ice machine and the exterior door. We were awakened beginning at 545am with people getting ice and everytime after that until we gave up around 730.
The card reader on our door was not working properly and we had to go to the front desk 3 separate times to ask for help getting into our room. Management apologized for our inconvenience, but offered no mitigation.

We enjoy staying a Fairfield Austintown. The staff is friendly and the beds are soft. The location is great.

The worst stay anywhere. Doors don’t open with keys. Staff lied that it’s not happened before. All doors don’t open. We had to leave early. Afraid that door will lock our belongings inside they would not refund us nor give another room. Because we booked thro Expedia. We got the room where door doesnt react to key

Location was great and the hotel was in great condition. Eveveryone on the staff was fantastic.
Disappointed that it took a long time to get hot water to the faucet in the room, the "store" didnt have much to choose from, the ice machine was down on our floor and that the Pool was closed for maintenance.
Breakfast was slim pickings but its nice you still offer it.

Front desk person was friendly and efficient. The rooms are very small in comparison to other hotels. Very clean and comfortable, The “Breakfast” was very disappointing!! No meat, no eggs, no toast or bagels, only small store bought quiche and terrible burritos!!!
