I saw on Expedia that the property had a 4.8 rating (which I thought was out of 5.0). Later I discovered it was out of 10.0 and one of the worst hotels in Chico. After we checked in, I took a shower. When I opened the towels, I found they were covered in black splotches and had several black hairs stuck to them. All the towels were filthy. I got dressed while soaking wet since there were no clean towels, and we were offered another room. This time only half the towels had black spots, but the floor had not been vacuumed. There were moths and bugs on the floor. Also, the first room had no microwave or refrigerator, but had a coffee maker, but the second room had both a microwave and refrigerator but no coffee pot The sink stopper in the first room was broken so the water didn't drain, and the lights in the ceiling were broken in the second room. The grout around the bathtub was disgustingly black. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable so we were able to sleep, but we hightailed it out of there in the morning. Not a good feeling.

It was a very basic motel. I chose it cause it was pet friendly. The room was fine, a bit small. The facility was quiet, dog area was close and pretty clean. The family who ran the motel are nice people.

The reception was warm, the room clean but the blanket was stained and had cigarette burns. IT needed replacement. Pillows flat. I liked the location, parking, and quiet nature of the place.

Horrible experience the towels wore torn dirty and slot of roaches they where even coming out of the cable box discusting the good thing is that they gave us a full refund.

The propery was very poorly taken care of and dirty.. Housekeeping was very rude

The manager was super nice and helpful. He even swung by 10-15 minutes after check in to make sure everything was okay.
The negatives were that the room smelled like pee whenever you leave and come back and that the shower had horrible water pressure

Room was not cleaned, had to move. The others were not much better. Bugs, No soap, had not been vacuumed, no remote and loud neighbors. They doubled there fee bcuz of college graduation. Nothing else available.

It was close to the places we wanted to go. The bathtub had Jacuzzi jets that weren't clean, and the chair in the room was broken. Brought up the chair with management, and he said "it's missing a screw" and left.

The bed had crackers in them and mascara or grease smeared on it. The towels were stained with blood or dark red something. Very dirty! I would never stay there again!

All The linen was dingy. Looked like someone cleaned their shoes with them. I have never seen towels look like this in a hotels.

First room we got wasnt clean and still have a burger on the table and then we got moved to another room after complaining and the bed sheets had white marks all over it

-Near everything, including CSU Chico
-Cheap
-There were no bedbugs, from what I could see through my mattress inspections

-The room was a non-smoking room but it reeked of cigarette smoke
-The carpets made our feet very dirty when we walked barefoot
-The towels were cleaned, but very stained
-The WiFi barely worked
-There was only one channel available on the tv
-The ice machine did not work
-There was a left-over OPEN bag of chips on our tv stand and an opened carton of milk in the fridge, ew
But, honestly, for the money it was fine. What do you expect for with an $89 hotel. I've stayed in much worse, and this was pretty much what I expected. Not great, but not the worst. Worth it if you're not going to be staying too long and need place close to everything and are broke.

Disgusting and dirty in every way! Run! Do not stay here! The only good thing about this place was they gave us our money back after we walked in the room and realized I would rather stay in my car.

The motel was dump, cockroaches, mold, milddue, toilet not attached to floor,cobweb, carpet, floor filthy, freezer need defrosting.towel in a sure were cleaned heavily stained. I would not recommend this motel to anyone.

The room was full of spiders/spider webs. The person that shared room with me woke up to spider crawling on them during night. Coffee maker hadnât been cleaned and had mold growing inside. We both got sick two days after staying in room. Worst place Iâve ever stayed and Iâm not picky AT ALL.

It is across the street from a great resturant. Also close by to where I was doing buiness.

The room was a unsafe. Water damage on on the electrical outlets, mold covering the bathroom, broken smoke detector, bugs, dust, torn linens, weird stains on the towels, black stains on the walls and door. I couldn't believe that the property was still running. It should be shut down until they at least make it safe and somewhat sanitary.
