Pretty average corporate hotel. No soul. Just OK. Everything was OK, but nothing was great. Satisfactory but not great. Breakfast was blah.

It was terrible. We asked to stay to use the pool which they said would be in use for the weekend. But it was actually under renovations and the staff just didn’t share. Then when I told the desk that I was upset about that, they were unwilling to rent the room to me for the evening because I was unhappy. I told him we didn’t have anywhere else to go because we lived really far away and we had to stay there unfortunately, and basically had to beg to rent the room. Will never be renting here again.

Pg&e went out and booked a room for an overnight stay. Right when I walked in the hotel, it smelled so good and the front desk was very helpful & nice. Room was very clean and the sheets smelled fresh. Very comfortable stay. The one thing I would change is to make sure the check out time is correct on both online and at the front desk. Online it said 11 and front desk said 12 but over all, very happy with my stay.

The good: coffee when you need it in the room or in the lobby. Parking lot is bright for any would be vehicle smash and grab person, or homeless who would may try to stay on the grounds. In the middle of like four other comparable hotels. Check in and check out is simple. At best you get what you pay for. Staff was very pleasant. The bad: tv in one of the rooms was broken. Kept turning on and off on its own. Very poor maintenance of the entire hotel overall. Tables outside were all cracked and broken. The pool area glas has craked windows, the gym is a treadmill an elliptical and some free weights with a broken mirror taped up with cardboard. The beds were rock hard. The carpet in the rooms look like they dont get shampoo. The office chair in the room peeling faux (fake) leather. The tvs are all outdated. The shower heads are covered in calcium and hard water residue.

Took my 5 year old daughter and wife here en route to the airport. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My daughter absolutely loved having her little vacation night in a nice, clean safe location. Especially loved the pool area and making her own pancakes! Would highly recommend for anyone needing a room in the area. Worth every penny.

The complimentary breakfast was close to the best I've experienced at any hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the indoor pool was a big plus for my granddaughter. The room had all the amenities we needed.

I chose this hotel specifically for the hot tub and the breakfast. After an 8 hour drive I was expecting to enjoy the hot tub. But it was barely luke warm. I was cold within two minutes of sitting in it. It was maybe 80°, the pool itself was cold. Not swimable in winter even though it was indoors. Hope breakfast is better.

Motel is clean, front desk person was attentive amd nice. Motel is nice. My low ratings come from the fact the the roadboise from the interstate is UNBEARABLE. Rooms we clean and bedding was nice. The mattresses on the otherhand are ROCK HARD, there is not much difference between them and sleeping on the floor

It’s in an area convenient to freeways. Lot’s of kids staying here so crazy noisy and they took over the pool and patio area.

We used the shuttle to take my son to airport and I rode back to hotel afterwards. The driver was already ready for me when I called and he was extremely friendly and very fascinating life stories. Breakfast options were very limited and not great choices m, but our stay was overall a good experience.

Booked a party of 4. The room was setup for only 2. We had to request bedding for the sleeper couch and there was only 2 towels in the bathroom. Breakfast was said to go through 9:30. We arrived at 8:50 and the scrambled eggs and omelettes where gone. And not replaced after asking for them. We booked for the good breakfast. Won’t book again.
