I've been staying at Comfort Inn & Suites for years. They are typically a clean, comfortable and affordable option. They were one of the first to offer free breakfast. This location has got to be one of the nicest I've stayed at. The location is close to the freeway and the airport. It was clean, bright and modern. The various staff that we encountered were friendly, helpful and courteous.

The room smelled bad and the ironing board was in the middle of the room set up and would not close . Very strange . However today the staff called and apologized for the room being bad . Which I appreciate . The bed however was very good and the room set up well . I will give them another try in the future

It's our second time here for a quick overnight visit with fam. Comfortable and spacious stay. Basic in room amenities. Clean and friendly staff. Welcoming stay and would recommend to friends and family. We'd stay again obviously.

Drove for 14 hrs and was ready for a warm bed, and some down time before I headed out again the next day. Check in was great, got to our room and we're pleasantly surprised at all the room we had, the room was spacious and quiet, had a sitting area as well, everything was clean, just had a very hard bed!

The front desk was super friendly and helpful and the location has been good for us with a Tesla supercharger and food options nearby. There were a couple things about the room that have room for improvement. First - the pull out bed has a mattress that's extremely bent up on one end (where it was folded into the couch) to the point that it's going to be uncomfortable for our son to sleep on it. There were no sheets or blankets in the room for the pull out. You have to go down to the front desk and get them which is inconvenient to discover when you're almost ready for bed. Also the blackout curtains don't close all the way to block light from the parking lot. Otherwise the room is clean and has been pretty quiet.

It is a clean, quiet hotel with a good price. The black fast is good enough for me and my wife. We will stay there next time if we visit Sacramento Area.

I stayed 3 nights, and did a very early check in on the first day, paid the extra fee, everything was ok, at arrival noticed we were completely out of shampoo, and the next day was replaced. on my 3rd day i asked for our room to be cleaned, i asked 4 different people, i came back at night time to find the room still dirty, i had to go To the front desk, with the receptionist, by the way, the nicest person there, and she provide trash bags because my container was full in restroom and living room, i got soap, TOILET PAPER, because it was out, clean towels and soap. I wrote an email to the manager last night and today i saw him in the morning and let him know it was me frim tge email, because he did read ut byt didnt bither to reply or contact me, but i did nade sure he knew it was me. They have a young girl in the breakfast area in the morning, who looks to be like bothered all the time and also just really kills too mich time talking with receptionist, instead of realky having that area neat. But anyway, besides that, it was an ok stay. Definitely would go back to the hotels near that one, i travel to woodland 2-3 times a year but this was my 3rd time staying here and i dont think will again.

We had a very enjoyable evening at the Comfort Inn. Bed was comfortable. Price was better than expected. And the front desk lady was really nice. I've stayed at some of the other less expensive alternatives, and they are awful. I've stayed at some of the more expensive options, and they weren't better. The Comfort Inn was worth it.

Good location for our purpose. Some daytime highway noise but quieter at night. Breakfast bar has good selection. Close to major highway and minutes to Sac Airport.

We had to call the lobby at 9pm. The lobby had the music so loud we couldn’t sleep. We were on the 3rd floor. We had a very early time to arise the next day at 3:30am.

I had no hot water, no washcloths or hand towels i the bathroom, and the breakfast offerings were sparse. The room was too cramped with furniture. Will not stay here again

We would not stay here again. Shower curtain was black with mold on the bottom. Floors were very gross. Elevator had broken buttons. First night of our stay we got prank phone calls every hour until we unplugged the phone around 2am. We told the front desk and they said “oh yeah we know. Someone staying here is prank calling rooms” No apology, no trying to figure out who it was… Overall very disappointed in our stay.

We checked in late but called ahead of time to let them know. Staff was friendly. Area seemed safe. Well kept property outside and lobby. Halls and room have been upgraded and slightly newer. Furniture: loveseat newer, desk and side tables slightly older but all served its purpose. Bathrooms clean with the basic necessities. Pillows seemed newer but still too flat for my taste. Bed was super firm. Overall it was a decent place for 2 nights. Cleaner than some places on the site. We would stay here again for the price.
