Clean but run down.

Price lower than most. With help, rapid transit and bus route was found and very quick and easy.

It was relatively clean. The staff were polite. It was not “Downtown” by any reasonable definition. The door didn’t close properly and the knob fell completely off the bathroom door. The shower curtain rod was bent so the shower curtain wouldn’t stay up. There was one free electrical outlet in the entire room. Just way outdated and in need of repair and renovation.

Good ladies at the desk. Helpful. As was johnnie at night. Great location for food dispensaries abs regis university.. bars gas stations and major arteries.. easy lyft/uber pickup- mcoys, winchells, 7-11, fried chicken 🍗, mickey ds, the tavern, on & on... great area.. good stay ..i ate mcoys every day

honestly was really solid the area is not as bad as people make it out to be and the cleanliness of the room i stayed in was absolutely comparable to much nicer hotels i have stayed at in the past. super budget friendly and lyfts from here to downtown are cheap no matter the time of night. if you’re going on a budget trip and don’t mind a few nice homeless people then this spot is great.

We actually went to a super 8 close by that was an absolute nightmare. Found Motel6 and was decent. Clerk was very nice helpingus get a room at the last minute 11:00pm.

Quite a gap around the door so the rain came in and the interstate noises 😵💫
The beds hurt everybody's backs, no hot water in the sink and the TV didn't work.
But we didn't feel unsafe.

Stay was fine. Stayed 2 nights. Was somehow double booked and was charged for both bookings. Not ideal..

The Staff at the front desk was very nice. The room was small but nice for what we needed. After the first night we never saw housekeeping so the room did not get cleaned until after our stay.

No hair dryer or coffee maker. It was very basic. Room was exceptionally clean and the beds were really comfortable. The shower and sink had no water pressure. If you just need a place to sleep, worth the price. If you want the extea amenities, book elsewhere.

I live about a mile away. For 9 years I ain't seen nothing wrong with the place and the times I have stayed there it's been nothing but polite and friendly

Our stay was no good . We could not check in until after 3 and at that motel was nasty room is in a downstairs hallway where people were using drugs . Our bed was so warped and uncomfortable the bath tub was sinking in . People up and down all night . No sleep very tired today as we drive to another state.

The door to my room didn’t close all the way, you had to push it hard and latch everything for it to stay closed. People hanging outside the rooms late at night being loud, I decided to leave in the middle of the night and go elsewhere.

The outside needs to be updated, seemed to be a bit sketchy at first but the room was clean and comfortable.

Love standing outside and having a women run out of her room and you need to let her in and call 911 because her boyfriend was beating her. It was last min. and at Christmas. We reluctantly booked here. The week days for fine but the weekends, lord they need security. Do yourself a favor and run. It is a shame. Their staff was pretty amazing.

Room was clean but had bed bugs, I had to go to a laundry mat after to dry everything that i had in the room with me in hopes that I got rid of them

Really loud at night , people are in and out all night , the staff were ok. The manager was nice but some other staff acted like they were better than my family 😔 but other than that it was ok
