Liked everything.

When I checked in they wanted $90 higher than my confirmed rate through hotels.com. It took about 20 minutes, and they finally gave me the price I was quoted. The customer service was good despite the hiccup. The condition of the room was poor, it did not look 100% clean. Every time I left the room I had to have them go reprogram my room key cuz I couldn't get back in. That was annoying. The condition of the furniture was poor, with the corners chipped off on the credenza, and on the bedside table a huge strip was ripping off. The bed was very uncomfortable and felt like a pull out couch bed. I was extremely disappointed with the Wi-Fi. It was so slow or not working. I called the front desk several times and they said they would have maintenance look at it but it never improved. I will be coming here every year but will not stay here again.

Checking in was through a bulletproof window which immediately made me feel unsafe in the area. The door locks apparently have issues with sticking and there is a specific way that they had to be opened. This was not passed on to me during check in. The heater didn’t work. There was only freezing cold air blowing into the room. The thermostat didn’t work either. The temperature of the air never changed. We turned everything off and luckily were satisfied with the ambient temperature in the room.

I received a used room not cleaned for us: beds undone, dirty towels in the bathroom floor, empty beer cans. They provided another room but didn’t even say sorry about it.

The rooms smell so much like smoke. I saw a bug first thing when I opened the door. It just needs to be cleaned and they need to be non smoking

This place is awful. The room we stayed in faced the main road and train tracks. The train came by at least hourly, more frequently during the day. It was so loud it made the bed rumble. There was no cold water, they ran out of coffee at 10am and had no sugar, and seemed put out by even the most basic acts of hospitality. The shower floor was in such bad shape I wore my flip flops. It's a complete disaster of a hotel. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. I literally can't say one good thing about it.

The staff at the front desk did not could not find my reservation. And then we had a failure to communicate and they only booked me for one night when I had to previously booked. So when I'm at a function I get a call from the hotel that I was supposed to be out of my room.

Easy to find off the freeway. Clean, but not the most comfortable. Fine for a night or two if you'll be out all day and just need a place to crash.

It's a bare bones hotel. Be prepared for the train that's near by.

Our room was filthy and had roaches. The other room had bed bugs and my brother had bites all over his body and was unable to sleep the whole night. I will never stay in this hotel again. Restrooms are dirty showers full of mold.

That place stunk of cigarettes and bad decisions

Didn't know that the train would make the building rumble every 10-15 min.

The lock to our room, 217, has been broken into before and doesn't fully engage. The floors under the beds haven't been swept in maybe ever, and the shower is jacked up. Told the front desk, they said they'd "let maintenance know".

No issues

This is the ONLY motel 6 where we did not have a microwave and mini fridge much to my frustration. Seeing the facility had them I did not realize ours did not. There are very few stair wells and we were in the back, top floor far from facilities to make matters worse. There isn't a window unit and the thermostat didn't work well. It didn't feel terribly safe with the folks loitering outside and we found cockroaches. I won't return.

Homeless People hanging out on property. Very Very Noisy. Trains are obnoxious.

Lots of activity in the parking lot and in the corridors. The shower door in room didn’t shut properly so there was always water on the ground luckily enough the towels were super clean. The bed was hard as heck but for a Motel 6 i kinda expected it so i lived with it. The pool looked clean it was busy so i didn’t attempt a dip.

The room was clean and modern but the mattress/ bed was uncomfortable and it was hard to get a good night's sleep. Also, many suspicious customers lingering out in front of the motel and in the parking lot which felt unsafe.

Property is O.K. My room smelled like smoke , small cockroaches in my room . Bed was confortable , staff was great . A little rundown .

Check in was delayed for 2 hours. Room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 3pm . Other than that issue it was a good stay.

No telephone in the room, alternate room the telephone didn’t work as a result of rainstorm flooding, room was not ready at 6pm

They know who I am when I walk n the door they know what kind of room I like to have so I'm in at out of the check in so fast it's one of my favorite places to stay

Terrible stay.Weather was 45 degrees at night and there was no heat in the room. I talked to the front desk and they informed me that the heat’s been off two days. Why didn’t they inform the guest when they arrived so I can find somewhere else to stay. Also illegal activity on the premises. There’s no way the motel doesn’t know about these illegal activity going on. You are forewarned. Never again!!!
