Bed was comfortable enough. Air conditioner was easily operable. Doors and locks worked. I liked the closeness of the motel to my planned activities which is why I chose this location. the motel was close enough to other businesses that I visited, IE: drug and grocery stores
Bathroom was in disrepair. Broken shelf on the wall beneath the mirror. Paint on the baseboards and floor should have been cleaned up after painting. "knick" marks on the painted walls need to be painted over. toilet bolt cover missing. Shower area was stained. Needed a good scrubbing all the way around the shower area. Other spot on the floor appeared to be something sticky like discarded gum. Could have been brought in on someone's shoe. Should also have been scraped up. The towel holder on the wall was discolored. The appearance of the fixtures shouldn't make you wrinkle your nose or roll your eyes.
