Perfect location. Right across from Massey hall and about a block and a half to the 1 train. Easy to use public transportation to Union station, Scotiabank arena, Danforth Music Hall and more. Right across the street from the hospital where you can park.

My fiancé and I had a great time. The hotel is right near Yonge and Dundas Square so it was really easy to get around and see all of the sights the downtown area had to offer. The room was very clean, and the view of shuter street from our room was especially nice at night. The front desk staff as well as the Bar and Restaurant staff were friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Had the top floor room and superior view to the city! The lobby etc. is quite much smaller than the pictures show but other than that everything was great! Clean rooms and hallways and quite rooms by nights. Definitely staying again when visiting Toronto next time. Breakfast hours not the best possible but there's a diner next door which is open 24/7.

I did a staycation at the Pantages Hotel and had a fabulous time! I was upgraded to a suite with a full kitchen and living room area. Everything was clean upon my arrival and the check in agent was extremely helpful in getting me situated for my stay.

I was upgraded to a suite which was huge but noticed I heard a lot of noise coming from the windows. I thought it was the air conditioning unit only to see the windows were both slightly open and would not lock shut. This meant outside noise (sirens, street noise) would easily flow into the unit. The window screens also haven't been cleaned in a long time nor where the window is open, you can see thick black dust.

Overall decent experience. Reserved for 3 days 2 nights. Upon arrival service is what youd expect from a luxurious hotel. Reason for a few stars down would be the fact that the room AND washroom was cold! Even with adjusting the thermostat the temp stayed at 21. Another factor would be the washroom amenities were low or out ie. Conditioner and shampoo. Im not one to complain alot however these things i feel should be taken care of for all guests. Since

Excellent hotel in an excellent location! Right next to restaurants, Eaton Centre, Dundas Square, and only a km walk to Roger’s centre area! The staff were friendly and we were able to store our luggage while waiting for our room as we arrived early in the AM and our flight was in the night the day of check out so we were still able to explore the city! Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!

When we arrived they upgraded our room to a suite. It was just an overnight stay, but it was a wonderful corner room with windows on both sides. The bedroom window looked right down on Massey Hall

Front Desk was very helpful, the TV in our room was not working and we were upgraded to a beautiful room, everyone was very helpful and so polite. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks everyone!

It looked nicer on the pictures. Room was newly decorated and had no issues during our stay. Lobby area could use a renovation. There’s no parking at the hotel but you can park across the street for 20 CAD per day.

We were very pleased with our stay. The room had some cleanliness issues which they addressed with a free extended check out time and offering of sending someone right away to clean it. The service was prompt and front desk staff was friendly and helpful. All in all it was a very lovely stay.

This place kinda bummed me out honestly. The rooms were cute and had some style, but the hallways smelled weird. The staff wasn't friendly (not rude, just not hospitable). The pillows were lumping and made for sleepless nights. Late check-out came with a hefty fee. Sorry for the bummer review. But I was bummed out.

It was freezing in my hotel room it was 19° outside and I turned the thermostat up to 79 as that was the highest that it can go yet it was still freezing. I reached out to the receptionist who told me that they would have the maintenance person. Come check the thermostat out, but I received a call, notifying me that the person had left for the evening, and that I will be moved to another room. That never happened. I was told that I will receive a full refund for my stay. That never happened. The hotel receptionist that checked us in the evening was very dry and the hotel receptionist that I checked out with that was very rude. I have stayed at a lot of hotel properties with Expedia, and this may have been the worst one.

Service is awful. Left the hotel to another hotel for the same amount. Still did not send the invoice on email that I requested and had to call numerous times to send the invoice and still did not receive it.

The rooms were not clean. The sheets had stains and even the new sheets had stains. Not to mention they did not clean the room you need to request it the day before. Then when requested they dropped off a new set of stained sheets and left them in the door did nothing else. The room was dusty and there was hairs everywhere.

The front desk personnel was candid and very attentive. The room larger and better than expected from the price and the location amazing. You can park the car in front in the hospital (go out from the ramp and inside the stairs is horrible, the homeless use it as a bathroom).

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff phoned after our arrival to ensure we were happy with everything which was a nice touch. They were also very helpful with luggage storage on our final day which was extremely helpful for us.

Newly renovated rooms made the place feel more current and clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. In-room kitchen and laundry was added bonus except for the need to buy laundry detergent. Because default is not to do house keeping unless asked, providing more towels would be nice. Would stay again.

I paid for two breakfasts but only received one. Thermostat said 71 but the room was cold. There is no parking on site and the three closest parting garages were full.

Nice property, but dated. Would have liked wall to wall windows. Staff was always responsive and cordial, room was clean, but you could tell it was an older building, and one of the lifts smelled like sewage on my way out. Fridge was also disconnected when I got there, but staff did help out to connect it. The start of the property are the new renovated bathrooms. The shower, along with both handheld and rainfall shower, were both great.

Would be great to see a cigarette waste receptacle for smokers. Although appreciate the non smoking policies, an appropriate “cigarette butt” receptacle and designated smoking area, might keep the area more free of cigarette litter. Recently visited Cape Town, South Africa, have designated smoking areas on the streets, not perfect, but, much cleaner.

I don't normally leave reviews but our stay last week at the Pantages Hotel was fantastic! I took my husband to a concert at Massy Hall for his birthday and we were thrilled with how nice and clean our room was. We also had breakfast the next morning and the waitstaff was great! We will definitely be back the next time we are in the city!
