Central and comfy beds
Ventilation way too noisy and couldn’t stop it even when air con switched off . Windows also old so lots of street noise

Location is perfect! Customer service was good. The opening hours are convenient for traveling delays and optional arrival times. Restaurant on site.
Didn’t like the floor. Then there was a fire alarm so having to walk down the stairs from the 23rd floor was rough. However I am thankful it wasn’t a serious situation. The bathrooms were dated. Could use an upgrade. Had bathroom plumbing issues in my original room. Was moved to another room that was subpar to my first so requested to be moved to a room equivalent to my original room and customer service accommodated and extended complimentary breakfast.
