Great location, easy to get to Union Station. Very clean.

We had a spacious room for three people, which was very comfortable. It was also very convenient to have a small kitchenette, allowing us to enjoy a quiet and relaxed breakfast in the room.
The hotel is in a really great location, within walking distance of Union Station and many of Toronto’s other attractions. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel as long as you’re on one of the topfloors as unfortunately construction work just in front of the hotel and works in the street (weekdays) when we were there.
The construction work was mentioned on the hotel’s website, but not on Booking.com. We arrived on a Saturday, when there was no construction work taking place. We immediately asked for a room on a higher floor and were given one, which made some difference. So, be sure to check where the construction work is taking place when checking in your given room.
I understand that this situation is not easy for the hotel and that the construction work is beyond their control. However, you ultimately pay the same price for less comfort and peace and quiet.

It was such a great location, I was afraid traveling around the city would be a bit of a hassle. The Hotel was within 30mins of everywhere I wanted to go which means going to and coming from was super easy and I would never feel drained from long car rides. The faculty were all very kind and my room was always nice and clean whenever I returned. Would absolutely love to stay with them again!
The only thing I would have changed is having more avaliable lighting in the room, I made do with what was there but at times I felt my room was still really dark with what sources I had at my disposal.

The room wasn't really clean and the bed wasn't comfortable. The pull out sofa bed was terrible.
