Space, window view, and the bed.
I would have liked to have more room in the gym for yoga, stretching, and strength training. There were no yoga mats or space to put down a yoga mat, which is not my experience at similar hotels.

This is our go to hotel in Toronto. The location is perfect, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The rooms are always very well presented and tidy. The pool is unmatched.
The only constructive criticism I have is that the revolving doors often stop and trap people in them. While we are used to it now, we inevitably see at least one senior citizen or child get stuck in them whenever we’re there.

The location of this was relatively decent. The staff was excellent.
The carpets were stained and rooms outdated (this is not a reflection of the staff as they did a good job of keeping the place clean). Very noisy from the events at the park nearby especially at night. Over priced for what it was. The internet was not free as it would ask for a payment method as soon as you logged in. I along with multiple other guests struggled with the elevator and key every single time.
