Great location, facilities great,
I had paid twice for my 2 night stay, 1500 CAD, on arrival and then charged again 1400 CAD on leaving, no way to get my money released, so in essence paid twice, and now home and hoping the second payment is returned, staff said they couldn't do anything, shambolic.

The hotel‘s location is amazing, near to the sights and also to the Union Station.
The room was spacious and clean.
The staff were kind and explained everything clearly, and also let us store our luggage while we were out.

The room was large and well furnished, but needed a refresh. Location with lake view was excellent but for the noisy venue next door. Cleaning staff very friendly and good. We were on a high floor and not bothered by noise from the building work.
The hotel is next door to a restaurant and bar, both of which played loud music which went on till midnight. On one night the music was exceptionally loud (our room windows were actually vibrating) and went on till 2,00. We were not the only guests to complain to reception but there wasn't much the hotel could do.
