The location, the beauty of the property and surrounding neighborhood.
The free Tesla ride was overbooked but the concierge made it right and I missed the gym closed due to Caribana but it forced me to exercise outdoors which was an absolute pleasure.

We loved Stefan at reception - he was wonderful. Amazing beds, great air con and very comfortable room. Gym facilities were also fantastic.
Pool hours is a little annoying and the experience was underwhelming. Staff were not great at the pool, service was very poor which made the already limited experience further so. Such a shame as elsewhere people were great; but just sub standard - and you left so much money on the table.
