The room had everything I needed. A comfortable bed, hot shower, sink, and the location was just perfect for what I was looking for. The rest I gat was perfect for a short stay.
It seemed the accommodations were a bit laborious to reserve. There was a lot of communication from the host, which seemed to be a bit overkill, however I understand.

There was some noise from outside and the AC and the Wi-Fi connection could have been more reliable.

Hard to judge a simple place like this but I would say it was sufficient for what I needed, especially compared to the crazy prices that Toronto has.
Pros: The location (can’t avoid homelessness around if which you got to accept is a big issue everywhere), cleanliness, bed comfort, fast communication
No hot water in the shower, poor air conditioning system and loud, bring earplugs
