The location, the cleanliness and the value are excellent. The staff is very nice.
The biggest issue for us was the bed: it was very uncomfortable and very noisy (both the springs and the mattress cover). So much so that this would be a reason for us not to come which, which is a shame because otherwise it’s a great hotel. It actually felt like a roll-in bed rather than a proper bed.

I adore the instagrammable lobby and love the vibe. The bed was the perfect firmness and was super comfortable. I appreciated that the room was quiet and I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also delicious, as always.
I know the hotel is vintage, but with a pedestal bathroom sink there just isn't enough room to hold things and having a hook for a hand towel close by would be a lovely upgrade.

The staff was exceptional. I had issues with my flight on arrival and they were kind, understanding and accommodating. They also allowed me to have a late checkout to account for the fact that I arrived at 3am. The breakfast is also great.

Nice front lobby, friendly desk staff
The room was filthy, hair all over the bathroom, the drain was clogged and filled with other guests hair, the glass doors were stained and dirty. There is a noticeable lack of care, and amenities in the room, it felt thrown together and not actually built for comfort or function.
