The location is great. It is close to the office I wanted to go to, and everything else is nearby.
I thought $500 CAD could have bought much more; apparently, I was wrong. As my flight arrived late at night, I checked in almost at midnight. Since I had a meeting at 9:30 am the next morning, I hoped to get back to my room for some rest afterward. I needed it after taking a 20-hour long-haul flight, so I asked the hotel if I could have a late check-out. The answer was a cold "late check-out fee is $30 per half hour." Really?! After the TV remote didn't work and I complained about almost everything in the room, this was what I got?! No, this is not how a hospitality business should be. Especially when I have travelled so much. Anyways, I would say this facility does not meet Hyatt standards.

Beautiful hotel, very stylish and comfortable. Great decor, felt luxurious and practical at the same time. Easy walk to all downtown amenities. There’s a great little gelato place opposite too!
We were a little bit disappointed with the restaurant. We only ate one meal there but it was expensive, the service was slow & the food a bit disappointing. My husband had a pasta arrabiata dish which was so spicy it was unpleasant. The waiter who cleared our table said he usually advises about this but the server who took our order didn’t do this.

Nicely located and friendly staff
The room was dirty, I only had 10 hours there so didn’t bother asking for another one but I’ve been in budget hotels that were cleaner than this.
The noice insulation from the room was also very poor, you could anything from the corridor and neighboring rooms.
