the rooms are spacious, bathrooms are amazing with heated floors and smart toilets. bed is very comfortable. The staff are nice and supportive. I like the free bar refill. also electric blinds is a plus.
The bkfast area is tight, the food is below expectations and during high season they ran out of pastries. Also if you arriving after midnight it will be tricky to get into the hotel. Gym is a bit small.

Wo anfangen: einfach gesagt fast das beste Hotel in dem wir je waren. Angefangen von den Mitarbeitenden, dem aufmerksamen Service, die Zimmer mit Blick und der fantastischen Ausstattung, das tolle (inkludierte) Frühstück (welches am Abreisetag für uns sogar vorgezogen wurde) - also das ist wirkliche Gastfreundschaft und Luxus. Vielen Dank.
Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau und der einzige Punkt: eine leider sehr ineffiziente dafür sehr laute Klimaanlage
Diese hat dem ganzen rundum gelungenen Hotelerlebnis jedoch keinen Abbruch getan

Het pesoneel van housekeeping en de ontbijtruimte
The hotel initially felt very anonymous and cold; we were immediately asked to pay a $1,000 deposit. The reception desk was often unmanned. This was especially uncomfortable when, during our first night, the fire alarm went off and we couldn't call the reception, so we went downstairs in our pyamas. There was no one in the lobby. I then went outside in my pyamas and slippers and asked one of the firefighters at the two fire trucks in front of the hotel what was going on. He was able to reassure me that there was no danger. It was truly absurd that I had to go outside to get the information and reassurance that someone from Nobu should have given me. No one came back to us voluntarily the next day, and there was no effort to make amends or another gesture. However the breakfast room staff was super attentive and kind; we give them a 10, the same as we do give the housekeeping staff. But overall, we thought the price was much too high for the service.
