Enjoyed the planned events & location of hotel. But trouble w/reservation being fulfilled

Location to venues within city of Toronto

I didn't like the fact room reserved was not provided. Felt breakfast in morning was not provided as expected.

Staff was great but the pull out bed was bad

The breakfast was great

The pull out bed in our room (2011) was broken and on really poor shape. Full of holes and it was gross. so I got little sleep because the sofa was not comfortable

Overall pretty good

The location was perfect, a nice big room and breakfast was good.

The hot tub could have been cleaner and the view from my room was a power plant.

Excellent value luxury for a downtown stay

Location, location, location. Walking distance to Roy Thomson symphony hall, our destination. Close by Pizza places for takeout pizza. Beautiful, big screen TV on a rotating platform such that you could watch in bed or on couch.

Ice in freezer might have been a nice touch but room service delivered ice promptly when requested.

Worth repeat stay

Enormous room, studio apartment really. love the swivel TV so you can view from bed or couch. Very clean, great little kitchen, good supply of cookware. More teabags would be nice. Nice staff too. I actually preferred the great couch to the bed. Decent area, convenient for train, Ripley aquarium, local transport. Nice to have a bathtub, I am tired of hotels replacing tubs with just giant shower stalls.

Not much but I don't care for the very high upfront damage deposit, although it is credited back.

Great location, very clean and friendly staff

Very nice hotel located close to the Convention Centre which is where we needed to be everyday for 4 days. The rooms are very spacious and had kitchenettes which was nice. The complimentary breakfast had lots of options and we never waited for a table.

The only thing that could have been better is if there was a full restaurant in house but the breakfast and the lobby bar are great and very handy.

Boa estadia, mesmo com alguns pontos negativos ficaria novamente.

Bom quarto, funcionários prestativos e educados. Excelente localização, café da manhã satisfatório. Bem silencioso, para quem está a trabalho é excelente.

Cama adicional não acomoda um adolescente, colchão mole e bem fino. Elevador quebrado por diversas vezes.

Not as expected

Big room/studio like

Waiting for 30' or more for Breakfast is crazy in an hotel like this. Poor food with limited healthy options. Staff not so friendly.

Nice, comfortable, will repeat.

Staff very friendly. Good size of the room. Location A+. Have three laundry stations, coin operated, for guests, great help.

I stayed 15 days and had the same breakfast almost every day. Some variety would have been nice.

Going to be at least a yearly visit!

Everything was awesome! Breakfast was very yummy! Staff was amazing! Will stay here again! We loved the cleaning lady on floor 14! She was super friendly!

At 11 am (around checkout time) the elevators were hard to get on because they were in use. Which is understandable. Didn't like the construction outside but that's out of your control.

Stay was fine. I would probably book elsewhere though given my reasons stated.

Room was comfortable and clean.

My package that I paid good money for was supposed to include the breakfast. We arrived downstairs at 9am (it was from 6am-10pm) and the line was wrapped around the lobby. Someone in line said they had been waiting for 30 mins. That's unacceptable. We had to pay for a meal elsewhere.

Superb

Staff were great, room a good size, good location for harbour front.

Queue for breakfast was long, but the staff dealt with it efficiently, so didn't mind waiting.

Excellent location, clean hotel, helpful staff

Location was perfect in Downtown Toronto. Rooms were a decent size with good facilities.

Great location, no complaints about the hotel and close to Rogers Center and Union Station.

Breakfasts were great. It was very busy but everything ran smoothly. Even when there was a line up waiting for seating, it moved quickly. We were on the 19th floor, didn't hear a sound from outside or neighbouring rooms. Close to the Rogers Center, short walk.

Had no complaints about the hotel. Would have liked the rates to be a little less, but this is downtown Toronto!

perfect location and nice stay

great breakfast with variety of options to choose from, also the takeout coffee is great! perfect location and easy to walk everywhere room was clean and ready even before the checkin time

The sofa bed is terrible and I don't recommend using it for more than one night, not to mention the price of the sofa bed There is a lot of noise from the elevator if you are staying in the upper floors (stayed in 21st floor) and avoid to stay in the room right opposite the elevator as it is even more intense (had to move rooms because of that)

A couple and their dog.

Perfectly fine rooms and common spaces. The young lady who checked us in was quick and charming. Dog-friendly.

The eggs at breakfast had a little more butter in them than I would have liked. Minor. The city's downtown hotel tax has gone up by 50%, from four to six percent. Not the property's fault.
