The front desk Manager was very nice. Made the stay feel good for us
It’s clean and location is ideal but if I have one thing I didn’t like it’s the pillows, they are very bulky and not that comfortable

Great location, comfortable bed, very walkable for restaurants, cafes, jazz bistro, Yonge Dundas square.
No Smart TV. We wanted to stream our own movies.
Had to pay for parking.

Our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The location is very central, and the hotel has a nice gym. We paid for one breakfast in the hotel, and the choice and price were rather good.
We would have liked a higher room to enjoy even better the views over the city.

It was close to where I needed to be for work.
Fire alarm several times in the night and unclear PA system and instructions.
