The staff were fantastic, very helpful and friendly. Good location, easy parking. The room was clean, and I was surprised at the kitchen - well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The slippers were a nice touch.
The windows were filthy - from the outside, though I couldn't tell if they were inside as well, I didn't want to get too close. And the balcony was extremely dirty - full of pigeon poo & just really dirty. There was no are rug in the living room, it would make a huge difference to the feel of the room if there was. Also, the pillows were terrible - lumpy and more the size of cushions than actual pillows.

Check in area quite small . Staff didn't advise me of location of the guest lounge ( I didn't see the sign)or that you had to use the room key to activate the elevator.

Ideal location. Staff were friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations. Spacious living area with fully equipped kitchen, with microwave and full size fridge freezer. Great for longer stay.

The location is ideal for us as we were visiting family who lived in the area. It is also located close to several grocery stores and transit. I think the staff was helpful and they responded quickly to our requests for more towels and toilet paper.
This room was in particularly poor condition. The flooring was laminate and several of the boards did not join up with the next course leaving gaps between the boards and effectively holes in the floor. The wallpaper was split or falling off in several places. The bathroom door was missing a hook to hang clothes. The mattress on the bed sits in a wooden frame which then protrudes. I frequently hit my leg on this frame as I passed by the bed.
