We went to check in and was immediately upgraded ,I’m,wow ,so surprised and appreciated .the whole vibe of the place is calm and serene ,it’s a big motel and quite confusing at first to navigate but once we checked in and got to our room it became easier . There are lots of public areas to sit and relax which was really nice .The room was big not at all cramped and had a comfortable day bed for seating so if you spent time in the room two ppl could be comfortable . The window was nothing short of spectacular large and full height as could see out side engage with the out side world and didn’t feel enclosed .We were in room 260

Great coffee shop out front. Staff were hospitable and very helpful. Great place to stay with supermarket, Chemist and Preston Market walking distance.

Absolutely excellent. The accommodation was great. The staff were great. A location was very good. Hint, If you book breakfast when you check in, it's $10 per person cheaper. Don't forget about the UV Charger out the front if you need one. $0.50 per kWh. Not cheap for such a slow charger but ideal for a top up if you're there anyway.
