Comfortable clean room & good security door lock
Old Building & car parking tight as there's a Scissor lift parked in 1 car parking space, a motorcycle with L plates taking up another full space (it could park elsewhere to utilise the space) & another car with a flat tyre parked in another space, as i think there are some rooms let out to more permanent residents/ occupants.

The rooms are surprisingly nice, clearly been renovated
The outside was very seedy, there were some aggressive people staying in other rooms that made me concerned to leave once it was dark
