The breakfast was about the best I’ve ever had from a hotel and I’m in a touring band so we eat hotel breakfast a lot!

The breakfast was amazing and the staff who served the breakfast was friendly. The rooms where clean and comfortable. The check in staff was not good. We had to come to the front desk to check in our rooms each day, even thought we paid for 3 straight days.

The shower head didn"t have any pressure at all. The water was barely coming out of it. The remote didn't work with the TV unless you were up close to it. The refrigerator did not work and was full of water. We asked for someone to come up check it but no one ever came. The ladies at the desk for check were good though

Staff was amazing and super friendly. Brittany and Tina at the front desk were super helpful and so kind. Houskeeping was shortstaffed so our rooms didn't get cleaned during our stay, but we were were given whatever we needed when we asked for it. Breakfast was hot and delicious and out table was clearwd for us by smiling friendly people. Would definitely stay again.

The room was super clean but the bed was hard, the shower had zero pressure and squealed when you showered, the bathroom itself is tiny and the service...wow the service was TERRIBLE.

I couldn’t shower and bath room.
Because water system was break but they said “you can shower tomorrow morning” when I check in.
But I can’t and they doesn’t provide breakfast meal also reasonable water issue.
I paid $154(not include tax) but i can’t using bath room and water closet and until when I check out.
They doesn’t wave my payment.
It was terrible.

The staff were phenomenal especially the receptionist (Monday, March 18 AM). Also the driver who drove us to Tanger outlet & airport. The room was lovely, very spacious and the breakfast was delicious.

The stay was nice. Everyone on the staff from the front to the cooking staff. Extra thanks to the cleaning crew. They was fast and friendly.

Very thankful for the airport shuttle but had a hard time finding it. Drivers and front desk staff wonderful. Floors a bit dirty. Free coffee by the front desk was cold but they had a microwave. Missed the breakfast so can’t comment on that. Very few food items to purchase.

We got a queen suit that included a sleeper sofa. First of all, when we got to the room, sat on the bed, the pillow fell over revealing a baby pacifier in the bed. Clear indication that the room had not been cleaned! Secondly, I had to ask for the bedding for the sleeper sofa several times.i had to go to the front desk to get the bedding and towels (only had 2 towels). Once we opened the sleeper sofa, realized it was broke and could not use it. So went back to the front desk, explained the situation. The only option was to move to another room, however there were no other room like ours. So we had to purchase an additional room for the 2 people who were going to sleep on this sofa bed. This was not a cheap room! The lady at the front was super nice but, these things were not acceptable! No compensation was offered do to all this, it just was a bad experience

Pleasant surprise staying here. All was good including staff, comfort of beds, cleanliness, delicious breakfast and location. We were passing through heading further south. The size of the room with the pull out couch would make it perfect for a family of 4 with kids.

We had the trip home from Disney and the toilets in two different rooms were broken and we ended up not staying.

We only went there because of our road trip. Should've look for something better. Staff was rude... At my checking the lady in front told me breakfast was at 6:30 and ended up being at 7am (which I didn't mind) what bothered me was the rude staff in the kitchen who refused to answer me when I had questions. I even told him why was he working in a hotel with this rude attitude (he ignored obviously).
***The worst part was when we woke up we saw 2 small cockroaches in the bathroom when we turned on the light.***
We wanted to tell the person in the front desk but nobody was there and when the guy finally appeared from a room in the back watching some videos I didn't even bother telling him anything.
Obviously this hotel is just awful in every way so no matter what i would say I know nothing would change. The whole team is just unprofessional.
Look for something else guys...

The front desk was kind and accommodating as we experienced an issue with not one but two rooms we were assigned. As they say, 3rd time is a charm and it was great! The food in the restaurant was outstanding!

1 small bar of soap for the room and the room door hinge was broken requiring 2 hands to slam the door

The hotel was a good pit stop on our way to NC. I don’t recommend any of the restaurants or fast food places nearby

The room was redone poorly. There were no quarter rounds. The chalking was poorly done. The paint was beginni g peel in areas.
Cleanliness was an issue. There was an infestation issue. The toilet did not work well.

This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The hotel appears to be new and has a cute little bar area and what appears to be a good restaurant. The free breakfast in the morning was exceptional! The room was very clean, comfortable and the area felt safe. Lots of food options close. The indoor pool was so nice after a long day of driving! Would absolutely stay again!

The fan in the ac was extremely loud. The only option to get any sleep was to turn it off which caused the room to get hot. Didn’t get any sleep regardless. Cigarette smoke from another room was coming in the vent through the bathroom. When I brought up these issues at checkout I got, “Oh, sorry.” from the front desk staff. We won’t be staying here again. I had gone dramatically downhill since we stayed here last year.

The staff was courteous, not overly friendly. The room was clean for the most part and decently appointed. The sheets on the bed were clean but the blankets smelled like other people’s body odor. The bath tub didn’t drain well at all and the shower curtain looked like a plastic bed sheet that had been in the dryer too long. It was fine for a few hours sleep but not a longer stay. Breakfast had good options but was cold.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and offered a free shuttle. Well, we needed to leave at 4 am and we were told the shuttle started at 6 am. We asked the front desk if they could help us arrange a taxi, no help. Also, breakfast didn't start until 6 or 7. I asked for a box of cereal or a piece of fruit since we were leaving early. No.
When we left at 4 am, there was no one there to check us out.
