I liked the spacious room, it was very clean, the wall decor was nice also. A big plus is all the plug ins available in the room for electronic devices. Breakfast was good. Especially the eggs. My check in was quick and unproblematic. The stay was very pleasant and quiet. Location is close to many choices to eat, grocery stores, and gas stations. Angela at the front desk on the morning shift was very pleasant and professional. She made sure I got a working microwave in the room when I notified her the one in the room wasnt working. She offered to move us but we had already settled in, me and my 2 grandkids, I chose not to move. The offer was much appreciated, showed she did care about our comfort. She removed the non working one and put in the working one herself.
I went to front desk to request linens for the pullout bed. The young lady gave me a fitted sheet and a flat sheet. I asked for a blanket, she proceeds to go back and forth with me that what she gave me is a sheet and a blanket. She removed them from my hand and stated the fitted one was to cover the bed and the other sheet(flat one) was the blanket. I went to Walmart to buy a blanket. The AC is close to the pullout bed where my grandchildren slept, so no, a sheet was not sufficient. I also asked how to get the TV to work, she rattled off some instructions that I forgot by the time I returned to the room, so, night one, no TV to watch. A kind patron I asked the following morning showed me what to do.
